Went for my ANNUAL check up. Scheduled an annual check up with the receptionist. Brought my medical history for my files since it was also my first time there so it was in my chart. Got checked in and vitals done with the nurse who also asked why I came in.. again told her my annual. Went over everything with the doctor and updated her on my history for my annual.. asked for the typical blood work done and mentioned my hormone questions since I was there, she told me it wasn’t her specialty and to ask my specialist. They charged mental health codes from the intake form and charged for a normal office visit not preventative annual that i had requested. The doctor is unwilling to adjust the code. And from an office visit that is covered by my insurance because something over 100$. Seems like a poor practice for fraudulent billing since my insurance told them to just adjust the code properly and they have not done so i. Two months the office manager noelle was extremely rude and yelled at me over the phone telling me to just file a grievance with my insurance which I plan on doing. It’s been a hassle and would t recommend this practice or practitioner to anyone.

I went to Dr. Seiglie before she left Age Well and was always satisfied with my care from her. She is knowledgeable and patient and explains options. I appreciated having her as my doc and I'm sorry she left the practice.

She has been my primary doctor for about a year now. And so far I have found her very caring and compassionate. And I am 100 % happy with her.

this doctor was my primary care doctor and was also my wife's primary care provider. My wife was diagnosed with PARKINSON'S in 2018. During my wife's initial visit other than the doctor asking a few questions it was the doctor was lost in what she had to do in an initial visit. She never took my wife's temperature, heart rate or listened to her lungs. I told the doctor that my wife needed a sleep study because I think she has SLEEP APNEA. I also said that my wife needed a wheel chair to be able to go shopping and to enjoy everyday life. After 3-4 weeks nobody has notified me of any testing or have I heard anything about getting a wheelchair for my wife. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone because she's not adequate enough to take care of an individual.

Refuse referals signature to my mother health Insurance, my mother needed a INR machine, she refused to sign the order although the machine and strips were covered by my mothers Insurance. They wanted me to do the testing at their facility to billed the Insurance company. Do not recommend this Dr
