Weaver And Stratton Pediatric Dentistry- Atlantic's Online Review Report Card

My daughter is still waiting to be rescheduled to have her cap put on and to have her other cavity cleaned up. We were referred elsewhere to get her root canal and have this other cavity checked to see if W&S could handle it. The referral was sent back from the endodontist almost immediately , but it's been more than three weeks almost a month now and nothing is getting done. I spoke to Taylor in the Orange Park office. and she said she was sorry but until they received the referral from the endodontists that aurora would just be in waiting and that they CAN'T schedule the work. The endodontist has sent it to them more than once already. I'm very disappointed and i've been putting in a position where I really don't know what I need to do if I need to just take my daughter to another dentist and start all over or what needs to happen. I'll be very upset if this other tooth that can be cleaned up progresses to needing a root canal. Its just doesn't seem like they care about their new patients because there is zero follow through on this work that needs to be done.

My almost 3-year-old had the best experience with Dr. Paul today! Every member of the staff we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helped reassure my nervous toddler throughout the visit. The appointment was quick and efficient, which is perfect for a child his age, and we were able to get everything done that we needed. Scheduling the appointment was also simple and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this practice!

Above and beyond. Every person I met in this office was super professional and knew what they were doing. Paul and his team made me feel comfortable, as a parent, and my child went from nervous, to excited for the procedure. I wish I could add more stars. I will be returning with my other kids for any future visits. Exceptional.

Everyone here is so personable and friendly! They remember us when we come and they are very on top of my children’s teeth. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Hi Everyone, I would like to share an experience with Weaver and Stratton Pediatrics Dentist with you all. My 11 year old son misstepped and fell from couple of stairs on his face. One of his front tooth broke, 2 other were loose with some bleeding from gums. It was a nightmare, specially for a preteen. He is a patient of Weaver and Stratton Pediatric Dentist since 2019. I called them immediately. The front desk person Elena was empathetic and helped us get in clinic as soon as possible. Within one hour of injury we were seen by Dr. Dena. Xrays were taken. The injury was cleaned and evaluated. The liner was placed on broken to prevent sensitivity. I was glad that we were taken care so quick and efficiently. Appointment to fix the broken tooth was give following Thursday, On Thursday our appointment was at 11:45. We couldn’t make it as we got delayed at our annual Physical appointment. The clinic was full scheduled but Ms. Elena and Dr. Dena accommodated us to see at 3. Got the tooth fixed. Checked on other two. We are told we will need to follow up on those teeth in future. My son is happy to have his tooth fixed to it’s original esthetics. I am happy to have such prompt, efficient, empathetic Pediatric Dentist Dr. Dena and staff treating and supporting us during this difficult time. Thanks A lot!

This dental office is great, we have been taking our girls for the last 5 yrs never had any issues. They always make my daughters feel super comfortable during their appointments. They actually enjoy going to the dentist. Office is clean and timely. The whole staff is friendly, patient and professional. I highly recommend them for any parents looking for a great dental experience for their children.

We love Weaver and Stratton and our lovely doctor as he takes great care of our baby girl. He is very gentle and explains everything in a way that she understands. When it's time for a procedure he does not rush to get things done in a hurry and takes his time so that she does not have a traumatic experience. We will continue to go here until she outgrows this service!
