I'm pretty displeased with this place, but unfortunately they have a monopoly on North Florida and there aren't many other places to go. I used to go to the Southpoint location, but now go to the one in Mandarin. I scheduled a 9am appointment, was seen around 10:30, and asked for a referral to be sent over for Physical Therapy, and it took almost a week to have that sent over. I called them to follow up on this, because my schedule gets slammed and I wanted to get in while I have an open hour in a couple of weeks, and after being transferred 4 times, the referral coordinator told me she had to handle lab referrals before any others and has been out of the office. A little disappointing. I couldn't recommend them.

If you like waiting an insanely long time (well after scheduled appointment time) just plan on being there well over an hour past scheduled time. Second d issue is service is horrible. The OBGYN is incompetent and staff seems to have absolutely no clue. The Gynocologist is a complete liar and said I can't see anybody else through my insurance in the entire state of Florida. That she called my insurance company and they told her there are no other options. Lol right. She never called my insurance company. I called them and they provided several options. For a second opinion as the specialist she referred me to did not work out. What's funny is the doctor she referred me to said she is "a complete idiot who doesn't know what she is talking about." After hearing what she stated I had and why I was told to see him. They also may double charge you over a year after your visit. So make sure to get and keep your transaction number. If you pay online it may be sent per billing staff to a different company and a completely different business which they can't track. KEEP YOUR TRANSACTION NUMBER AND DOCUMENT HOW YOU PAID THE BILL (online, in office, or over phone). Or you could get charged twice. You may get a bill over a year after it being due. They don't keep records well and even send bill to incorrect address even with correct address.

This place is 10/10 horrible. The office ladies are so exasperatingly unaware of anything going on in the office. My appointment has now been canceled twice without anyone notifying me. This second time, which was just now, I waited literally IN THE OFFICE LOBBY for 40 minutes and while they were calling patients back, no one thought to ask if I had been helped. Then I never received a courtesy call to see if I was planning on keeping my appointment. When they went to see if they could find my appointment, I was told the DOCTOR LEFT because he didn't think I showed, and I could return in 1.5 hours to get the appointment in. The girl at the desk today was so rude and said she didn't know I was there. Must be hard to see over all the chit chatting being done. I'll be switching offices promptly.

I'm in coming here for probably a decade. Everybody that works here is nice and they continuously work to become more efficient.  They have nice little touches like making sure there are plenty of tissues in the changing room and Dr. Browning is just fantastic. She's a real person and it makes it so much better. I have been to several OB doctors in my life and she is the best by far. All the staff I have encountered have been friendly and nice and efficient. The waiting room is fine, the only downside is the damn parking lot. You have to park in P2 and get on the elevator go down to one walk to the other elevator and go up to floor 2. As an aside the hospital cafeteria is really excellent here.

I'm new in town and went to Dr. Tracy Wells for a refill on the hormones I've been taking for years. She interrogated me like I was a criminal, was arrogant and even pointed to her brain and said "It's all up here!" Not true! I wasn't expecting that kind of rough treatment from anyone, especially a gynecologist. If you're looking for someone to treat you with dignity and compassion, don't go to her!

Don't ever work for these people! I was promised a job. I got hired March 5th... got told I could start March 12th the office manger Priscilla ignored me until the Friday before I was supouse to start , to aware me that the girl I was supouse to be replacing hasn't left and that she couldn't start me. Well I wait a month in a half and she lets me start. She still has no room for me . Just puts me in. Well on 04/16 was my first day . I shadowed some girl named Victoria , well this Morining I email Priscilla asking if I could be transferred because of the distance I live off Kernan , my sons daycare is off Hodges. And before I started there she said she was sending my resume to other places to try to get me in faster. Well today . When I asked to be transferred I wasn't aware that there was a (6 month to a year) rule considering Priscilla told me I could go to the beach location. I even have a voicemail of her saying she would try to find me another location. Well she fires me through email all because I asked to go to another location, and then she calls me because of course I called cooperate so she wants to save her ass. So she call s me leaves me a voicemail telling me she was sorry for the misunderstanding and she was trying to help me , and she would find me a job closer to the beaches. I call her back and leave a voicemail. And then I email her. She calls back 5:10 she tells me I'm not the right fit for the postion . After all I did my first day was shadow someone , and also tells me the position is no longer available. Corrupt corrupt company!!

Please for your sake try a different division if you go to NFOBGYN, specifically Dr. Laubscher. These people are HORRIBLE with communication, they discharged me (which is practically unheard of from my research, since this has never happened to me before) saying I didn't make a follow up appointment. Umm.. no one ever called me or sent anything on the patient portal app that they have. They just sent a letter to my OLD address saying "F U" basically (I never saw this supposed letter they sent because it was snail mail to an old address, even though they have my phone number, email, & app access). Since NFOBGYN pretty much dominates Jacksonville.. I'm screwed. Their office won't call me back to discuss what happened, the lady that I keep getting on the phone (Kim) is very unpleasant and unhelpful. I'm just blown away by how ridiculous I'm being treated as a patient. Guess I'll suffer until these people finally answer my calls.

What a joke. First visit to this group with my wife, extremely long wait. It seems they overbook their appointments to account for no shows but the people that arrive pay for it. Our appointment was for 2:30pm... it's 4:18pm... we havnt been seen yet.Edit: Live tweeting this.. 5:17pm now... nurse said another 45 minutes till we see the Doc. Rescheduling the exam so that we can get our other kid from day care. Pass on this place if you can.

Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. They have so many cases with random billing even though my insurance covers my annual appointments- they charged me $150. When I tried to call and change a prescription earlier in the year, they never answered. I left so many messages and never got a call back. Now, I'm long overdue for another appointment, and because all of the OBGYNs in Jacksonville are terrible, I try to call for an annual appointment out of pure necessity. Their phone hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm. I called and called from 8:30 until 9:20 because I had things to do today so I figured I'd call when they opened and get my scheduling done quick. I was wrong. By 9:20 they STILL haven't switched their phones to on. I kept hearing the annoying message saying to call back during their phone hours WHICH I WAS. Even in office, they are rude. It's just so bad no matter how much I look in to a new OBGYN, all of the ones here are associated with North Florida or Faben, both terrible with customer service. This is a doctors office. Treat your patients right.

Wonderful/Caring physicians and staff in great location with a river view.  Pleasant and smiling faces greet you upon arriving.  Great to have a health care profession who is concerned about the patient holistic
