I always have to wait in the lobby at least 30-45 minutes, even if my appointment is scheduled for 8 am when they open. Dr Greenhaw is great, the office staff is nice, but waiting that long when you have an appointment is ridiculous.

This place does not have control of its practice. My wife called for two weeks to try to set up a surgical appointment. No communication, no care for patients, seems like they cannot run the practice. I recommend avoiding and going to Mayo.

I have been going here for about 4 years after moving to Jacksonville. All the doctors are awesome and I would recommend them for anyone.

I hate the OBGYN practice here. They are some impersonal and lack empathy. We just moved to Jacksonville and are expecting our 3rd child. This experience has not been like our prior two kids labor visits. They treat you like an assembly line. Understand covid is still happening, but they don’t even allow the father in the room. How immoral and morbid is that! It takes two to have a child!

This place isn't even worth my time to write an extensive bad review. Just save your time, dignity, and money and go elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this office for about 18 years, now. I’ve never had any complaints! My medical history has always been a little complicated and every doctor here has been so patient, professional, and kind. Dr. Stoddard saved my life during my first emergency c-section. Through 3 pregnancies, I’ve seen all the OB practitioners here for years and love all of them. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and super sweet, too.

I switched to Dr. Greenwald a little over 2 years ago and I’m so glad I did. She’s so kind and easy to talk to about any concerns I have or any changes I may need. She’s very open and honest and ready to explore all options with you.

The team here is phenomenal. From Winnie at the front desk (who has the best memory of anyone I've encountered) remembering the small talk details YEARS after, always asking about family and wellbeing) to the nurses who answer my endless questions, and the the doctors who have held my hand during the hardest of times (MC), and the happiest (healthy baby girl), I've received optimal care here for years. The new name hasn't changed the level of professionalism or compassion these people have. They understand, more than most, how busy life can be and make it easy to make and keep appointments. I've never had to wait long, and I'm usually in and out very quickly. Clean office, friendly, knowledgeable staff. What more can you ask for in an OB?

I have been going to this office for almost 20 years, I have always had exceptional care, in the uncomfortable times, exciting times and hard times.. They delivered my miracle baby boy and were so professional yet still compassionate and answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone I know and love.

Staff was very efficient and professional. Dr. Melanson was attentive, personable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this practice based on my first visit.
