Dr. FOUTZ. was truly amazing and thorough taking time to explain everything.
My daughter received a message saying it's imperative she call them. They sent calls to the answering service a full hour and a half prior to their official closing time. The answering service told me they usually close at 1 on Friday, but the machine says 3. Google also says they are open. So returning an urgent phone call on Friday, when they are supposed to be open requires that we wait all weekend to find out what the urgent matter is. This demonstrates a real lack of professionalism and compassion.
Dr. Smith is incredible!!!
I have gone to this office for my yearly exams and have never been impressed by the staff’s tact or bedside manner. During my most recent visit, I scheduled to have an IUD inserted. No one informed me that the woman performing the insertion would be unable to administer a cervical block (which was recommended by friends and family who had the procedure done there as well). I let it go, but upon meeting the doctor performing the insertion, I was quickly annoyed. She was incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns. She was unable to properly insert the IUD (not due to fault on her part), however she continued to try, leaving me in extreme pain and uncomfortable. Given her dismissive remarks at the beginning of our meeting, I was not sure when I should call it quits. Finally, I started crying from the pain and she stopped.I then attempted to schedule another appointment. This process was drawn out over 2 weeks. First, I kept hearing the message that plays when the office is closed, even though they weren’t. When I finally got ahold of someone they said they were working on it, but couldn’t do anything to help me. I kept calling multiple times a day. Finally, someone got ahold of the scheduling people. They had a question for their supervisor and would call me back. Of course, no one did. As I said, this went on for 2 weeks until I finally managed to get an appt.I scheduled my next appointment through this office with the actual OBGYN downtown. My appointment was set for a specific date that I would be able to travel into town as a college student and at 8:30am. I made the trip back to town and never received a confirmation call as I normally did with the office. So I called the day before my scheduled appointment and was rudely told the appointment was for 2pm the next day, not 8:30am, still downtown. Annoyed, I said okay and made new plans to get downtown. Upon getting to the downtown office, the receptionist informed me my appointment was actually TWO weeks away. I was incredibly frustrated given that I had JUST confirmed the day before.Fortunately, the downtown office was incredibly understanding and squeezed me in. The Mandarin office is, however, incredibly unprofessional. The medical team made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed, while the remainder of the staff was continuously rude over the phone and failed to inform me of appointment changes that they were making without consulting me.
they deleted my review. not a good place.
Horrible environment and most of the medical assistants and staff that answer the phone and work front desk are condescending and not polite when they talk to you. They were more worried about a billing they messed up then to address my medical needs. I chose to drive 20 minutes in Bartram versus this location in mandarin which is 5 minutes away from house because of the unprofessionalism.
Went to this place for my annual checkup. When I went to schedule another appointment a few months later, they had completely lost all records of me as a patient.
Dr. Kelley Stoddard is amazing! She took the time to listen to me, and actually have a conversation with me about my questions and concerns. She made me feel very comfortable, explaining everything she was doing during my appointment. The staff is super friendly and welcoming as well. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Stoddard for all of my OBGYN needs.
Super disappointed, I have been using this facility for about 5 years and will be switching after my most recent experience. I needed a refill of my both control and Publix wasn't getting an answer after sending multiple faxes requesting a refill so I called and left a voicemail asking for a refill. I was going out of town at the end of the week so I wanted to wait until I had my next work schedule to schedule my yearly appt which wouldn't be until I got back from vacation. I left 3 voicemails detailing I wouldn't be able to answer my phone because I would be working and made it clear that while I needed to schedule my appt I wouldn't be able to do so until I got back from vacation. I got a snobby voicemail stating my prescription would not be refilled until I had my appt set and only then would my provider "consider" a refill. So of course I called and scheduled the next available appt knowing I'd have to cancel and called the nurses line with the appt day and time. Long story short it took 5 days to get my refill taken care of. This was 5 days of having no medication so I of course started my period which I have been skipping due to a recommendation from a provider out of this facility because I get terrible headaches that will last a week from the hormone fluctuations. I am very displeased and don't plan to use this facility again. The MA was very unprofessional and didn't even seem like she was making any sort of attempt to help.
I called to schedule my annual check up and was told I could not be seen unless I paid a balance which is under $10! Keep in mind this was a combined total from a 2.83 and a $7 bill for what I do not know. Needless to say I will be finding another GYN.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
