The kindest most compassionate staff work here so it’s hard to be mad at them! Once you’re in the office everyone is kind and efficient. However, myself and others have had a hard time getting them on the phone, getting them to return phone calls, and they seem to be understaffed/ their lines seem to be down exactly when you need them. If you have routine care, this is your place!!! If you have an urgent or complicated issue, I wouldn’t put all your faith here.

I have been a patient at this office since 2017, it seems like over the years, the organization and care for patients has gone down hill. Never have I waited on hold for 30 mins only for my call to not be answered. I am not the type to leave reviews, but after the third time of this, I had to leave a review. I am hoping the office makes a turnaround because the quality and care used to be superior.

Excellent doctor; incompetent office staff. Phones unanswered, appointments mixed up, calls not returned, repeat visits required to complete standard paperwork. Very disorganized

Everyone in the practice, that I have come in contact with over the years, is not only friendly and professional, but very empathetic and seem to honestly care about you and your experience there! Dr Green is awesome and I recommend him on a regular basis.

I absolutely love this office,the staff and the doctors who are employed there. I switched at 36 weeks pregnant from UF North to Women's Care Florida when COVID restrictions at UF prevented my husband from coming and going when I would be in labor. We couldn't comply with that due to our oldest needing to be checked on so we decided to make the switch late in the game. I'm so glad we did. The staff and doctors have been nothing short of phenomenal. If I were to have any more children they would be my go to. I will be using their OB services for my postpartum care and annual exams in the meantime.
