List of Ali S Malik's Reviews
After waiting an hour for my appointment… I asked Dr. Malik the difference between pain management and an orthopedic surgeon. He immediately became irate, and told me to leave his office immediately. I was shaking and I’m shock. He told me to “to stop just standing there with my surprised look on my face and stop wasting his office with my presence and leave now”. I asked why, and he said that he will call the police to have me removed”… Over and over again in front of his staff, which said and didn’t nothing to help me. I have five very painful herniated disks in my neck and back. He refused to even take a look. The office them refused to pay $55.00 for my transportation. I am disabled, and cannot drive. The round trip to the office that I waited months for was cancelled at the whims of a very dangerous and emotionally unstable doctor. At the direction of the office, I called a phone # to a man named Josh. He apparently is the CEO of the medical office. He has never returned my call. Would you trust someone like this to help you with anything medical?

Initially, here appeared to be a good doctor. However, at my last appointment, I found him to be mean and standoffish the entire appointment. After receiving multiple injections, one of which seem to make a big improvement, I went back later for another injection and experienced immediate pain after the procedure and informed the nurses and front desk staff of my difficulty. Turned out I actually had an infection, and was hospitalized for several months. I know it’s easy to, blame the victim. However, I’m not sure how you can blame the victim, when 48 hours longer without emergency care, I would’ve been dead on my floor. Worst of all, he did not seem to care if I had died. I’m sure this review will be taken down, but I want people to know what kind of experience they could be in for.

Today on Feb 2, 2023, I had the honor of having Dr. Malik perform a medical procedure on me for chronic spine pain. He performed an ablation for a previously "failed" spine surgery. Dr. Malik was assisted by a nurse, "Dakota", who also treated me in a professional & caring manner. Dr. Malik was extremely patient, demonstrated compassion, allowing me to explain the symptoms & pain that relate to my previous surgery. He demonstrated amazing "bedside manner" and listened intently so as to best treat me. Not only did Dr. Malik take the time for me to explain the issues that I am affected by, he was also able to quickly determine further methods that would serve to manage my intense chronic pain. Dr. Malik then went on to perform the procedure with Dakota's assistance. Dakota assisted the doctor; understanding & following through with his dire Dr. Malik's possess skilled hands, that served to perform the procedure without any pain. Dr. Malik is a world class doctor who I highly recommend.
To make a long story short. I was on the table to receive an epidural. I thought I was getting the thoracic area but they choose the cervical. I had agreed but Malek was in an uproar and was not allowing me to speak, literally. So when I spoke again to tell him I was having chest pains. He said he didn't want to hear about my chest pains and he was canceling my procedure. And as a matter of fact, that would be my last appointment since I spoke when I was told not to. What doctor tells you to leave his office when you are trying to tell him you are having chest pains.?
I forgot what it was like to be without pain. I got emotional, because of how great I felt. I've had injections before, but none have helped like this. I felt so good, that I went and cleaned out my carport a few days after the injection. The doctor wasn't to pleased about that, and he asked me to continue to take it easy, but I felt so good that it didn't bother me at all! And I still feel great. Thanks doc!
My husband just returned from his first appointment with Dr. Malik. The experience for him was very poor. Dr. Malik was very rude and arrogant when he was not being condescending in demeanor. The office staff was unfriendly as well. Needless to say this will be the last visit.
So far, I've had a great experience with Dr Malik! He is very caring and has a great bedside manner. I have faith that working together, we will resolve my pain issues.
This doctor really listened to me, and created a plan to help me with my neck pain. The physician assistant was very handsome :)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
