I found the good doctor to be nearly non-communicative. I didn't see him until my 3rd visit(90 days into our relationship). The nerve study went well. He answered my questions for the 5minutes or so he was there, but he never would explain why i was having my pain, or what my options were. The nursing staff was nice but the office staff I found to be more than a little grumpy. They give you your prescription s at the checkout desk. When I saw that I was given 120 hydrocodone tablets, I asked if I was going to be addicted to this stuff when finished? You would have thought I just spit on their mothers grave. They practically bit my head off. My other negative experience was with the billing. Their statements are, to put it kindly, non-standard. They try to tell you how your previous payments were applied to all of your billed items. It doesn't work. Some of your money goes into the bit bucket. They can't explain it competently, but they aren't bad at telling you your stupid.

Dr. Vrable effectively dealt with my pain. I find most people take the time to complain, I wanted to give credit when it is due. My quality of life is so much better now.

Saw this Dr. A few years ago for Trameel injection in my back. He did a wonderful job and my pain improved immensely. He has a great bedside manner and listens to concerns

I had to go to Dr. Vrable for my injured neck through my workers comp carrier. Dr. Vrable got paid all of his fees based on the workers comp fee schedule that is set for the state of florida. He has now come after me for what the difference is from the work comp fee schedule and his 'retail rates'. I am having to file a law suit after him and his company. They will screw you - do not use him or anyone at this company.

I've been seeing Dr. Vrable for almost 4 moths and he has been a professional and listens to what I have to say. The front desk people at the Plantation office are professional and courteous. But there's a young that helps with medication issues that has little to no patience, she is sarcastic and borderline rude. I'm dealing with a PA issue and I tried to help by calling my insurance company. After I called multiple times to let her know, she replied my contract says not to call so much.
