This place has horrible reviews for a reason, the service is horrible from the reception all the way to the doctors. Called to make an appointment and had a receptionist named Ailyn asking personal health questions. When I asked if I can discuss with the doctor instead she threatened to cancel my appointment. The next day Dr. Barrionuevo was very unprofessional and condescending after being late to the appointment. Remember that ivf services are not covered by insurance, you are a customer and deserve to be treated with respect!

Dr. Barrionuevo went above and beyond his role as my doctor. Despite being a super successful and busy professional, he provided outstanding medical support but beyond that, he was available both professionally and emotionally, a combination of qualities that are extremely important and yet very rare to find, specially in the United States. He is a world class doctor all around, super savvy, professional, compassionate and fully committed to the well being of his patients and I am lucky to count with him and his team at IVF Reproductive Associates Coral Gables, as my fertility doctor. Truly remarkable and highly recommended.

Dr. Barrionuevo and staff were superb. Explanations and expectations were clearly stated and we were kept abreast on each step. I am a happy mother of twin girls and I’m deeply grateful for their help.

I do not agree with the negative reviews I first saw Doctor Barrionuevo more than 12 years ago and he wanted to do less expensive procedures and I was the one that insisted/ suggested IVF and he told me just like that and I said yes.I have my first child thanks to him more than 12 years ago and I went back to him after more than 12 years to put in my frozen embryos that were frozen for more than 12 years and it had to be him that one to do it because in my opinion he is the best at what he does.He is very knowledgeable and do not agree with the negative reviews,since every time I have seen him had a far opposite experience from the reviews mentioned and I have known him for a long time.He has been doing this for a long time and is very sincere and caring and knows what he is talking about.He is the only reason I went to this place some of the nurses are great as well. I remember Bonnie from 12 years ago and the Ultrasound Tech at Margate the blonde hair lady is great she was there also 12 years ago.He is not money hungry and has always been there with any concerns,problems or questions that I had to put my nerves and mind at piece.Now I have my twin girls that he gave me and were frozen for more than 12 years.Thank you Doctor Barrionuevo for completing our family.I would have felt the same whether this transfer had work or not because he really is a professional and knowledgeable/caring doctor in his field and I would not have trusted any other doctor to do this.

I do not agree with the bad reviews .Dr. Barrionuevo is very professional and good at what he does and honest/nice and caring.I did a frozen embryo transfer that worked more than 12 years ago and went back to him because without any doubt in my mind, it had to be him the one to do it. I do not trust anybody else to put the 2 frozen embryos that I had from my first child that he did as well more than 12 years ago.I am very picky and would not go back after so many years to a doctor that I would not trust but once again he is very knowledgeable and a professional at his profession.He is very good at what he does and explains everything and knows what he is talking about and is honest about it,which I appreciate.I Put in two frozen embryos that were left over from my first child more than 12 years ago and I got my twin girls.He is very nice, honest and not money hungry like some doctors.I had surgery because he told me it was necessary because I had to take out a fallopian tube because of a hydrosalpinx and if not embryos can be put at risk. I trust him and if you are investing your time and money you follow your doctors order to achieve a successful outcome and we wanted to do things the right way .I trust him and is the only doctor that would have made this work for us.Will not trust anybody else that is why after 12 years went back to see him.Thank you Doctor Barrionuevo for completing our family.You gave us our miracles!!!!In my opinion he is the best at what he does whether it had work for us or not, but we got lucky that after more than 12 years and having 3 boys,we got our twin gilrs is a bonus! He is a great Doctor,one of the best in his field in my opinion.He is the only reason why I went to this facility.He always listen to you and answer your questions and was there for me with any concerns and problems through our journey.
