The visit with the doctor was fine. Took over a week to get lab results. Was told they were sending a referral for additional lab work. Went to quest 2 weeks later and they had no referral. Took 30 minutes to get through to speak to a nurse. Not acceptable

Didn't even get to have a visit! Cannot reach the office by phone, after multiple attempts! Had made an appointment online and tried to reschedule. I am a Nurse Practitioner worked in an office for years and am very upset be this inaccessibility, unprofessional and frustrating! I guess we will be looking for a new primary care.

This doctor is not civil!! I thought he seemed off-putting in previous appointments, but this time his behavior was shocking! He scoffed at me and questioned why I came in to see him even though I told him I had severe ear pain. He got combative and impatient and even opened the door to walk out of our appointment before checking me, saying I was (verbally) attacking him! Then he bizarrely demanded to know why I didn’t call my ENT. I talked him into checking me in which he then proceeded to question my sanity! He called in an antibiotic, but didn’t tell me which one. And when he walked out he unbelievably told me to have a “nice life”. Turns out I had a severe sinus infection too, but he wouldn’t know because it wasn’t a legitimate examination. He was arrogant, sarcastic, highly disrespectful, irrational and angry. Nightmare experience!!

Wish it could of been zero. My mom went there this morning as a new patient and was turned away because she had a cough. They stated that the dr. does not see any patients that have a cough and that she can do a Google chat with the doctor, really how are you supposed to examine a person's lungs, heart, etc on Google. How can he call himself a doctor.
