Dr. Collins performed a total hysterectomy on me and I think he is one of the best surgeons in town. He did an excellent abdominal surgery and I highly recommend.

Dr. Collins told me to "return to normal" activity after surgery -- and confirmed when I asked "no PT?" On a subsequent visit he told me I had probably damaged it by "pushing it too fast!" Terrible advice, terrible outcome. I'm about to have a second surgery (elsewhere), to correct the mess he made. Don't listen to the "praise" from his fraternity of physician friends. PLEASE get a 2nd opinion before you let Dr. Collins do anything invasive!

Dr.Collins is an AMAZING surgeon! He took the time to listen and address all my issues. I wanted a hysterectomy and he worked toward that for me and did an AMAZING job!. I recommend him for any medical problem or procedure. My husband also was impressed with Dr. Collins. He knew what was wrong with me BEFORE I had my ultrasound to back it up. He knows his job and does it very well!! He did a hysterectomy on me. I had a 14" HIGH uterus with fibroids. I was in the hospital 2 days he prescribed my pain meds and came and seen me and checked on me. He and his staff are great! I wish I could give him a higher recommendation but hes so great! I'm blessed I found him and he was able to do my surgery! He did a GREAT job!! I dont think it could of went any better. I had little to no pain after my surgery which was AMAZING! Thank you

I went in with carpal and ulnar neuropathy. His treatment recommendations worked, without surgery.

I am a seasoned Family Physician and I chose Evan D Collins MD to handle my medical condition. He was personable, practical, on-time, explaining diagnoses and potential treatments. I went in expecting surgery and instead was given practical advice. I was pleasantly surprised that he did not rush to surgery, and his recommendations took care of my problem. I respect his clinical acumen.

I’m a teacher who moved to Florida 2 yrs. ago. Dr. Collins, and his staff, always have been very professional and accommodating in each of my appointments, Dr. Collins is always nice and answer all of my questions, I most definitely, recommend Dr. Collins and his office staff.

Dr. Collins is a wonderful Doctor! He listens, makes recommendations and is very thorough! He performed a Salpingo-oophorectomy on me which went remarkably well. I had no issues whatsoever. I would give him 100 stars if I could!
