I did not receive a phone call or any notification of the change of the time of the appointment or provider change from Dr. Papierniak. They called to review my insurance and did not mention the change in time or provider until I brought it up that both had changed. I would have been fine with a different doctor but I had booked 2 months out and now will be seeking care elsewhere.

They never have available appointments and I’m told the Dr only works a couple days a week. I can’t plan when I’m going to be sick. What a joke. I go to walk in clinics instead. I will find a new PCP.

I've been under this Providers for approximately 15 years. She is extremely compassionate, thoroughly answers any questions that I may have and not only listens to my concerns, but also takes them into consideration when seeking answers to any medical issues that I'm facing. If I could give one million stars I would, as I am truly grateful to be under the care of such a wonderful Provider that actually cares!!

Fantastic! Dr PAPIERNIAK is so attentive and caring. She really listens and is never dismissive. Five stars! The stars go to the entire Tioga clinic of HCA. I can't say enough about how great the entire staff is at that clinic.
