Addington Place Of Jupiter's Online Review Report Card

I have to share my experience as a Home Heath Nurse in this beautiful community. I wish I could rate this community higher than 5 Star. My interaction with the Director of Nurses Heidi and her clinical team has been just great. There is no lacking in communication ever. Drew is the nurse on the floor and he is clinically sound and has a wonderful personality. The staff is always willing to stop what they are doing to help me. They truly make my job so easy which makes it a pleasure to service their community. The memory care always has fun activities going on when I’m seeing patients. Dottie the Director of memory care is just awesome. The facility is immaculate and beautiful. My patients rave about the food and the beautiful outdoor pool. Marty the administrator is hands on. I always see him mingling with his residents. That is a huge bonus. They just love him. Addington is also in a fabulous location of Jupiter in Abacoa. The surrounding area is just so beautiful. I highly recommend this amazing facility to any one that is looking.

As a Registered Nurse who gets the pleasure of seeing multiple residents in this building, including memory care, assisted living and Independent living, this is a 5 star establishment. The environment is professional and fun. The building is located in a beautiful neighborhood and offers so much to these residents including a heated pool, and golf green. It is well maintained and kept clean. There are so many activities going on daily between jewelry making, yoga, mens group, mind exercises and so much more. The memory care always has something going on that the residents can enjoy including special guest to provide entertainment, bingo, art, and so much more. There is plenty of staff so you can feel assured your loved one is being taken care of!The food that comes out of the kitchen always looks amazing and I often hear the residents talk about happy hour and how much fun they haveThe staff is friendly and professional and I noticed there is not a big turnover. Most have been here for a long time from housekeeping to care staffI would definitely recommend this to any of my friends and loved ones

This community is gorgeous and I highly recommend coming and seeing it with your own eyes! The apartments are very spacious, each with their own private balcony/patio. If you are looking for an upscale resort-like senior living community, with a homey feel and friendly/caring atmosphere, then this is the place to be! The amenities are incredible and happy hours are enjoyed by all!

My mom moved into memory care at the beginning of January. The improvement in her overall health and happiness has just been amazing. The staff at Addington are wonderful and caring. It is great to see my mom smile again.

My Mom moved into Addington Place 2 years ago, just prior to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a miserable time for all, but I was so thankful for the great job the team at Addington did. Thanks to all of the Addington Place staff, the residents survived and thrived!

My mom has been at Addington for almost 3 years now. It is a beautiful place, rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are great, very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy and taken care of. The food is excellent, healthy and good variety. The grounds are gorgeous, well-maintained and it is a very safe location. There are daily activities scheduled and fun things to do. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is awful!!! I am discussed with the whole place. They do nothing to help my 98 year old grandfather. If your looking for a place keep looking!!

Many caring staff working with the residents and families, but since being sold to Cedarhurst Living quality has dropped, upper level management is unresponsive and/or inept and not communicative. Many staff are overworked and the "phones" are out on the weekend. While I credit them with keeping residents safe during the pandemic, the food was often inedible and the isolation severe. Sadly, for the price, they are perhaps one of the better ones!

My wife and I recently moved her parents into an assisted living apartment at Addington Place in Jupiter.We are both experienced health care executives in the area, and we did our research and due diligence before making a decision. Addington is by far the most beautiful and intelligently designed senior living community we have seen. More importantly, the care and attention of the staff appears to be outstanding. Everyone is friendly, and attentive to my in-laws’ individual needs and preferences.

Beware. Food is horrible!!!! Staff is unwilling to help, as they are on their phones, hiding in supply closets ect. One caregiver, for lack of better term, had the audacity to tell us to hire a private caregiver to supplement them. So we paid 5k to move in, several grand every month for?????
