Don' use this xray group. They give you bad information in preping for a xray test. They don't properly process insurance information. Any followup calls to fix the problem are not addressed. Don;t understand why the patient has to do their job for them. Find somewhere else

Had an ultrasound here and it was so pleasant! Kendall was the best.

I was referred here by my doctor for an ultrasound of my abdomen because I have been having stomach issues. The girls that answer the phone and work at the front desk were very nice and friendly. Kendall, the tech that did the ultrasound was not. First she asked me, “Why are you here” and when I started explaining myself to her that I hadn’t been feeling well, she interrupted me and asked where my script was, then stormed out of the room to be sure they had all my paperwork… She was very cold, abrasive, and interrupted me every time I spoke. When she was done with the ultrasound she basically threw a towel at me and told me I can “clean myself off”… not professional. She made me very uncomfortable.

The receptionist at the front desk is very short when speaking and just comes across as rude and not a care in the world. I had an appointment and asked if I could wait outside and she said "yes", I watched the waiting room clear out and people come and go and they still hadn't called my name almost 2 hours later. I went back in and another staff member saw me and said "you still haven't been seen?", I said "not yet" and she checked and they called me back in immediately. All while the front desk was head down on her phone. I later learned she never informed them I was here and they just went ad the list came in.

Visited the Abacoa, Jupiter office this morning. The ladies were all very nice and friendly. No wait time once I completed the usual paperwork. Was told my doctor would receive the report in 24 hours. After x-ray I returned to waiting room for 2-3 minutes and was then given the disc to take to my doctor in case I needed to see her before that. I would definitely recommend this office.

Its been since March that I am trying to have their billing department fix an error on my account. I have spoken to numerous representatives and all say that they cannot get ahold of the Jupiter office supervisor. The office billed my account incorrectly even though I was self pay. I should have listen to the reviews and stayed away from this place.
