List of Alan Feldman's Reviews
I really like Dr. Feldman. I recommend him.
Dr. Feldman and his staff are top notch. I’ve never had any issues with the front desk… they’ve always been courteous with me. I also love Dr. Feldman and his nurse… they’re very punctual and knowledgeable!
Dr. Feldman takes as much time as needed for his patients, so you might wait 5 or 10 minutes for your appointment, but he is worth it. He seems to really care about the status of his diabetic patients, especially when analyzing their high and low blood sugar episodes. He gives a thorough exam paying special attention to heart function. So glad we switched our family member from a large practice in the area to Dr. Feldman!
Everyone there has been nothing but amazing to me over these last 4 years. Dr Feldman is the absolute best, and all the nurses and staff have been professional and informative … I’m shocked reading some of these other reviews, don’t believe them.
This office is amazing! After being diagnosed with hyperthyroidism I was referred here. Got an appointment quickly and was seen by Dr. Feldman and was put on track to be feeling better swiftly! His nurse is amazing, front desk is always kind and courteous when scheduling appointments and giving reminder phone calls. It’s been one year and I am waiting to hear if I’m in remission. Thank you all so much for getting me back to normal!
This office has lack of compassion, knowledge and empathy. Please be aware that they are medically negligent and put patient lives in danger. Their failure to provide accurate information initially led to not treating a patient which could cause irreparable harm and no one in the office cares. The intake staff/receptionists are inadequately trained, rude, indifferent and are unable to provide correct information. Time is of the essence in most cases which is why it is so important for the office staff to be knowledgeable. This office has policies that are detrimental to the patients. It was devastating to be disregarded by a doctor's office especially in a time of uncertainty and need.
This review is not for Dr. Feldman as we were not able to get past the rude front desk person.
ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT HOW I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR VISIT? INSURANCE PLUS REIMBURSEMENT BY GARNER HEALTH. VERY RUDE. KEPT INTERRUPTING WOULD NOT LET ME EXPLAIN. SO MEAN AND RUDE. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH HER.
I would not recommend this office, rude and confusing. When my husband first went to the practice he saw an APRN, she is great and we would’ve like to continue with her but Dr. Feldman is so controlling that he has to see the patients also which caused tremendous confusion on my husband‘s third visit. Dr. Feldman started meddling with his testosterone which another doctor is totally handling for the last year, and instead of focusing on the diabetes focused on that. Then when my husband went to get bloodwork recently they said the bloodwork was at quest, he had it done and then found out it was only done for testosterone and no A1C or other labs. These tests need to be done every three months. When I called the office about this everyone I spoke to was rude and then they told us that we shouldn’t come back and we got a letter from Dr. Feldman that said it would be best if my husband went elsewhere. They are covering up for their medical mistakes do not go to them.
An excellent visit. Dr. Feldman gave me a complete exam and took his time to explain my blood work and answer my questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
