I went for my follow up visit and she was really kind and understanding. I got a bit emotional due to my frustrations with my unexplainable weight gain. Instead of dismissing my problems and putting the blame on me she tried to find a solution. I felt heard and supported which I haven't felt from any of the doctors I've been to this year with this problem. A lot of times doctors will doubt you are trying your best and dismiss you if there is nothing jarring, but she didn't and that was a first for me :)

Dr. Feldman is straight to the point and wants to help. He is a very nice guy who is not afraid to tell you what you have change in life to get healthier. I trust him, he has a lot of experience. His office is very busy so staff is not extremely patient.

Dr. Kraeher is Rude, Unprofessional and Uncaring. I had to reschedule my appointment due to this National PANDEMIC and I was refused Service. She needs to be taught some Interpersonal Skills.

Dr. Kraeher is the best Thyroid doctor I ever had. Consult her for over 6 years and be glad to have her.

I would not recommend Doctor Kraeher.Not a caring person and does not follow up on important prognosis.She will move you out the door before things are finalized.Doesn't follow up with refills that are important to your ailment.She prescribed a medication that should be taken every week but told be to take in once a month.
