List of Anthony Shaya's Reviews
This is not a review against Dr Shaya as I never met him. This is a review concerning the office’s policy and how the office manager treated me. I had an appointment today and was in a lot of pain. I came to the appointment with my baby as I have no family in Florida, husband is military and I simply did not think it would be an issue at an OBGYN office. I was told that BECAUSE my child is not 18 years old or above, he can’t accompany me for safety reasons. I explained to them that it is just me and my child out here in Florida, that I needed to be seen and that I drove all the way from Port Saint Lucie and that no one told me that when I made the appointment. She not only did not care but she straight up told me that I must have been told when I made the appointment and that it was for safety reasons, which I told her I was NOT but she did not care. Since when the presence of BABY at an OBGYN office is a threat to safety but if it was an 18 yr old and above accompanying me it would be ok 🤦🏻♀️ Where is the logic here???? I was so upset and distraught that I even ended up losing my phone after leaving the office. Needless to say, I expected more understanding and humanity from a place that pretend to aim at delivering comprehensive & compassionate medical care to women. They will never see me again.
Dr. Shaya is a 5 Star doctor. He is caring, gentle , a good listener and very professional. I feel very comfortable with him. I recommend him highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shaya for about 17 years, he’s delivered all 3 of my kids and is nice, answers any questions or concerns I have. I have never had a negative experience while I’m his care.
Dr Shaya is prompt, thorough, and informative.
Dr Shaya is a 5 star Doctor. Great bedside manner and he listens to your concerns. He worked with me to help find the right solution to my condition. I would definitely recommend him. Great Doctor.
I highly recommend Dr. Shaya to anyone looking for an OB/Gyn. Having him as my provider was a wonderful experience throughout the entirety of my pregnancy and my delivery. Even despite things not going to plan during my labor and it becoming necessary for me to have a c-section, Dr. Shaya still made my daughter’s birth a wonderful experience. While under his care, I never once felt pressured by him to do things one way or another (such as breaking my water, getting checked, having the c-section, etc.), as I’ve heard other women say about their providers. He offered his recommendation but made sure I knew that I could choose what I felt comfortable doing. He always made sure that I had a clear understanding of everything and ensured my questions and concerns were addressed. He also was very present during my labor, coming into my room multiple times to talk to my husband and I, check on me, etc. In addition, the staff and him seemed to work incredibly well together, from my L&D nurse to the staff in the OR - there appeared to be great communication between everyone, and they appeared to work incredibly well together. Seeing this was incredibly comforting to my husband and myself during a somewhat scary time, and we never had a doubt that I was in great hands.
Dr. Shaya is an amazing OB/GYN. He listens, understands and advises at every stage. From having babies to reaching menopause and beyond he is an excellent doctor. I was recommend him highly.
Very nice! Very personable and thorough :)
If your looking for a new Dr , as I was or just need some female health care, I definitely recommend Dr. Shaya . I was please with the front desk but that doesn’t mean the Dr is good, then his nurse assistant very nice experience. Still I had my guard up , totally surprised at how comfortable I felt with Dr Shaya . He knows what he’s doing , he listened to me did his job and I was out of there. He gave me a follow up call as well . He’s gonna be my Dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
