List of Augusto Villa's Reviews
Dr villa moved from mount sinai I things are worse than ever We have been trying to get a cardiac release for 3 weeks nobody answers the phone it goes to voice mail, they never call you back Very disorganized We are thinking about going somewhere else
I am a Physician from Philadelphia. The office is chaotic . He does catherization and stent placement . They do not keep up with literature. very bad follow up. to busy to care.It is why Florida is considered a their world country medically.
We had high hopes for our access to quality healthcare when Dr. Villa left the crowded and disorganized Mount S office. However, it seems we are back to the old routine of call, leave a message, and get no answer. We have gotten bumped and rescheduled 3 times since April just to see Dr. Villa. Each time it is an excuse of why the doctor has to move the appointment. Susan, his assistant, was of no help whatsoever in getting a RX for bloodwork or updated prescriptions. Even hung up on me one Friday afternoon because I was apparently taking too much time to ask her questions. Sad, sad state of affairs over there. Do not recommend this practice for critically ill patients. Staff just doesn't care.
Wonderful, skillful Doctor. Put a stent in my husband.
I heard he was a great physician. Went for my first appointment today. Had a 2 PM appointment and still wasn’t called in by 3PM. When I went to the front desk the very pleasant receptionist told me he was excellent but runs late. I said, “This isn’t late this is ridiculous!” She asked me to sit down and she would find out how long it would be. A few minutes later his nurse spoke to me inside the office and explained that he had a myocardial emergency earlier so was running late. There were still three patients he hadn’t seen waiting before me so couldn’t give me an exact time. I explained that I was a retired physician who had regular emergencies but I never treated patients like this. If that’s the situation you explain the circumstances to the waiting patients and they have the option of waiting or rescheduling. Until I spoke up no one approached me to explain the circumstances. It reminded me and I reminded them of a Jerry Seinfeld episode when he makes a car rental reservation. “You can take a reservation but you can’t keep the reservation. That’s the important part.” Needless to say I walked out. He may well be an excellent physician but that is no way to treat patients.
Thank you Doctor Villa for all that you have done for me. I am grateful to you for my heart procedure turning on so well. You are a wonderful Cardiologist, and anyone who comes to you will experience that as well.
I went to Dr. Villa after developing heart issues from Covid last year. He was legitimately concerned about my health and did everything he could to give me a proper diagnosis. I'm thankful for him and his staff!
Great experience ... Dr. Villa performed an angiogram on short notice. I was very comfortable throughout procedure. He and his staff, along with everyone on the Jupiter Medical center were very caring, pleasant and most important extremely professional. It’s very reassuring to know that I can receive this quality heart care from Mt Sinai NY right here just minutes from my home in Florida. Dr. Loveday my regular Mt. Sinai cardiologist is the man I trust as the best! When he felt the need for me to have an angiogram he arranged for his associate D. Villa to perform it. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and the care I received.
Thank you Dr. Villa for the cardiovascular procedure, it is clear that you care about your patients, and I feel like I’m in really good hands.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
