List of Bruce Eisenberg's Reviews
I have to say, I understand what some of the reviewers say. Dr Eisenberg's personality is straightforward and he is dry and direct. But the quality of his care is outstanding. He has ordered tests that other doctors would not and he is extremely thorough. I consider myself lucky to be in his care and really appreciate the expanse of specialties that are in the practice. I think so highly of him, that I signed up to have him be my concierge doctor. If quality of care is your primary concern, then I would highly recommend him. If you want warm and fuzzy, he probably isn't your guy.
Worst doctor ever on follow up stay away
Great Doctor! He's a straightforward Doc that listens and understands my needs. Lowered my blood pressure and has managed my COPD and Emphysema better than ever! I simply can't explain what a difference he's made in my life!
What's not written here is that the man knows what he is doing and does the doctor and medicine end very well. He saved my life something myself and family are very grateful for. It was his "lack of bedside matter" that motivated me to get in better shape and follow the treatment plan he layout for me. God only knows I did not want to go back in on a follow up and not followed my treatment plan or not to have met the goals laid out for me. Dr. Eisenberg I'm quite sure he missed or glossed over every "bedside Manner Class" ever offered. However I'll say it again he saves lives and knows what he is doing.
Words would not be enough to get the full picture as to how awful this experience was.
too quick to run test. interest in what profit they can make by billing insurance ! had a counsultation for the vip service. My insurance was charged without my knowledge, i found it on my insuance web site. $ 528.00. made dignosis, when i was not his patient. Does not listen to patient fears or concerns,
Lacks bedside manners, impudent, vague and impatient. While he is a straight shooter, everything he says can be found on webmd or a quick google search. Google searches and webmd give more details than he seems willing to provide. I’d recommend seeing someone else who is thorough and willing to discuss various options.
Lacks beside manners, impudent, impatient, insolent and vague. Provides very little details and gets irritated and argumentative when asked to explain. His staff is great, a complete opposite of his demeanor. This behavior was observed over more than one visit.
I would never recommend Dr. Eisenberg. I found him to be condensing and impatient with I wanted to tell him. Very poor customer service about my concerns. His nurse was not in on Friday and she was to call me on Monday with further instructions. By late morning I called to see when she would call me. I received a call around 2pm that she was very busy. I told them to forget about it, because I was so upset.
He's a very angry person, condescending, and belittling. Was having bladder infection ... he asked me if I had "bothered to see a gyn in the last five years." I've gone every year for the past 46 years; I also have my teeth cleaned twice a year! Seems indifferent. Trashed my insurance company, Ambetter, everytime I saw him. Some people should retire when they are angry and project it on patients. Don't recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
