Great experience! I was dreading my first screening colonoscopy but Dr. Soyka and her staff are amazing and everything was really well-explained and the whole process (even the prep!) was really easy! No pain or discomfort during any part of the prep or procedure. Dr. Soyka has an amazing bedside manner. You can tell she actually cares about her patients. She is very efficient and thorough, pleasant and friendly, and spent time to make sure she answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a gastroenterologist.

Had a colonoscopy a year ago. Was told I had several polyps, but there was nearly no follow up. Was told to come back next year for another inspection. Called to make an appointment, and was told I need to do the consult again, and the first available consult was 3 months away. Found another doctor to do the inspection, and tried to get my medical records from Soyakas office. They made it completely impossible. Sending me round and round with their answering machine that says it will take 14 days to receive records. Finally a human tells me I need to come in person to sign a records release and then it will take 14 days. Just generally awful customer service- you get better service at the Wal Mart electronics desk.

Dr. Soyka is amazing. She was able to solve an ongoing gastric issue that I had been dealing with for several years. I have had every test possible with no diagnosis. Dr. Soyka suggested a specific medication, I took it, and my long-term illness was under control. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the Dr. and her team.
