The representative for insurance at the West Palm office, Pablo, is very unprofessional and rude and the lady at the desk always has an attitude. Dr. Onofrey is kind and has good intentions, but I still have issues on my eyes so her methods do not work.

Dr. Onofrey wasted my time with a variety of tests. Then, I foolishly let her do eyelid surgery on me and received miserable results. Yes, she cares and has good intentions. But, she is not good at her job. She obsessed about something that was non-existent and when it came to the actual surgery used a sub-optimal technique and got poor results. DO NOT USE HER SERVICES UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING WHAT I JUST DESCRIBED.

My experience was excellent, I had droopy eyelids and was afraid to go to just anyone. I doing Doctor Onofrey as a referral from my regular optometrist and she cosemrticly corrected my lids.She additionally Botox on my brows in the office, and I have been more than pleased with my results. She is definitely somone I would recommend.

Dr. Onofrey is in a word AMAZING. I had to see her recently for a stye on my eye that would not go away. Dr. Onofrey is at first an incredible eyelid surgeon but also her warmth super friendly manor makes you feel comfortable even when you are about o have your eyelid operated on. She also takes the time to walk you through everything that is going to happen in a way that a non-doctor type, like myself, can understand.One of the many amazing examples of how she is a great doctor is I was leaving for a trip and my stye was getting bigger and I did not want to go out of town with this big thing on my eyelid. I called her early afternoon two days before my trip and she got me in that day to take care of it.I highly recommend her.
