Dr Pan Perkins is the best doctor ever! Literally everyone on her staff is super friendly and helpful. My foot procedure went extremely well. The doctor was gentle, patient, and very professional in her work. I would highly recommend her and this practice to anyone in need of medical care for their podiatric needs.

When I called to set up appointment I asked the desk if they accepted my Insurance policy. I gave them the info on the card and they said they accepted the policy. When I checked out I was told my fee was $65 not $35 as stated on the ID card. They said my policy is out of network. They were not upfront with me that my policy was out of network. They just took my money and said tough. Had they disclosed with me at the initial call that they are out of network, I would have found a practice that was in my network. Beware. Ask the right questions or they will screw you.

I had an infected ingrown toenail removed and it was so easy and painfree. It healed so quickly with no pain afterwards either. I would definately recommend this office.

Missed informed by staff. Ruin my credit for $100. After they told me that it was not a bill and I was not contacted about it.Their accounting office does not your best interest.

I am still in pain and my surgery was in May, I am now receiving bills after being told to come in for a surgical follow up with out being informed that I was past their surgical follow up date. I consider this to be a scam I was charged for X-Ray's that should have been included in follow up or I should have been told in advance that I would be charged for them. Any one that chooses to have surgery by Dr. Pan Perkins should make sure of what they are going to make you pay out of pocket!!! Very deceitful, I am a business person and Never do I hide any fees to my customers and I have never gotten a bad review because of such practices!!! I will pay this bill because I value my credit score but I will not refer any of my friends to this practice if they are in need of foot or ankle surgery. From a disappointed patient...
