It went well. Everyone is kind and caring. They walk you through and explain procedure each step of the way.My first technician was Kelly.She is amazing.So smart and kind.After the diagnosis I saw many techs over the next weeks.All are great. Dr.Middleman was great and I 'm happy with my experience with them.

I was impressed with the efficiency of the entire staff, from checking in with Alissa to checking out with Brittany. It's apparent that staff members are well trained not only for their particular duties, but also in how they deal with patients - courteous, pleasant demeanor, and willing to take that extra step to ensure a satisfied patient. "Big" Sean checked multiple eyeglasses of mine without complaint to determine their accuracy. Great personality. Angie was extremely helpful in assisting me in deciding which glasses to order and offered to review the receipt from a previous optical service. And Dr. Mittleman met all my expectations - very professional - he lived up to all the reviews I'd read. Thank you for a great visit!

The entire visit for a yearly check up was great. The staff was very professional and thorough. Everything was explained and I felt like I was able to make an informed decision about holding off on cataract surgery. Above all else, Angie from the optical staff was amazing. She was friendly, and caring and I felt good about the glasses I ordered. Now that they’re here and I’ve worn them a few days, I had to write this review because my vision is the best it’s been in many years. She measured me for my progressive lenses and got every vision field spot-on! My eyes are not tired and strained like before after doing close work and computer work. For anyone like me who has worn glasses for more than 50 years+ and has had struggled with having crisp, clear vision - you know how priceless it can be to feel like you can really see well. Angie, I can’t thank you enough!

My sister comes here from PLS to Jupiter to have her Eye Surgery,the Girls that do the testing Before her Surgery were so very knowledgeable in their field of Eye testing on their patients & Above all they are "VERY SWEET"

Initial visit was for eye exam. Found I had cataracts. The office staff was very professional and friendly. The cataract surgery experience from start to finish was excellent. Dr. Mittleman explained what would happen in detail. I had many appointments and never had to wait. Everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable and you could tell they enjoyed their job. I never had a question that wasn't answered to my satisfaction. I am extremely happy with the PanOptix Toric lenses. I would recommend this practice without any reservation.

My appointment could not have been better. Everything thing was done so efficiently and fast. Kaisha and Kevin were great with all the tests they did on my eyes, and Dr. Mittleman took the time to explain the results and the going forward plan for care of my eyes. I could not have been more satisfied. Definitely recommend this practice.

Everything went very smooth with friendly staff. Hardly any wait time in this well run office. Very efficient from arrival to checking out! All questions answered and explained very well.

The front desk staff is so unprofessional when it comes to customer service. They act like they work for a collection agency. Everything is a matter of fact with no explanation. Office manager also these customer service skills. Very unfriendly.

Johana explained everything she was doing. Dr Mittelman made me feel very comfortable, and he was very clear about the diagnosis.
