Sweetest doctor & practice ever!

Despite what their website states they do not take OB patients. I called 3 months ago and explained to the receptionist and even wrote in my medical forms that my current OB stopped seeing OB patients and that was the reasoning for me wanting to become a patient at their practice as my husband and I are currently doing IVF for baby #2. Just arrived for my appointment and they pulled me aside and not only canceled my appointment for Today but told me they could not except me as a patient because I just did IVF and had an embryo put in Monday. As if infertility is not hard enough on women. I feel this is not only unprofessional but unethical. I was high risk pregnancy due to IVF with my 1st daughter and now here I am without an OB, how dangerous? Worked in the medical field for 15 years doing Physical Therapy and if we were unable to take on a patient not only did we have to provide adequate notice but give them multiple referrals. I guess anything goes when it comes to Women's Health.

As Usual- Top Notch! Nothing but Excellence. Dr. Brown got called to the Hospital, so I got Dr. Colbert and she was great! Front Desk was awesome too! I highly recommend Dr. Brown & Dr. Colbert- Great Partnership! ☺️👍🏾

The office staff is very efficient and the appt was completed in less than an hour. Dr. Brown is the best .I have been a patient since he came to the Palm Beaches. His knowledge, professionalism, and care has been consistent from day one. He is The President of Gyno and Obstetric care.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Front desk ladies were warm and welcoming. It was the easiest check in process I have ever experienced. Dr.Brown is amazing. He’s kind, compassionate and very intelligent. He asks the right questions and was able to develop a likely diagnosis and plan after a short visit. I felt heard and seen during this visit which is very rare and I’m extremely appreciative.

I wish I would have started seeing Dr. Brown sooner. He spent time learning about me and my history as a new patient. He is very knowledgeable in pelvic floor health, which is something most other doctors aren’t familiar with. The staff was friendly as well. Everything about my appointment went smoothly, and I highly recommend Dr. Brown.

The facility is clean. Everyone is friendly. I didn’t have too long of a wait. Dr. Brown is relatable and makes you feel as comfortable as he can considering. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns with specific care to my needs as an African American woman.

I recently switched to this practice from a larger practice in the area, because I was tired of being treated like just a number and an insurance payment at the larger practice. The difference is night and day and I’m so happy that I made the switch. I had an appointment with Rachel Brown and she was so sweet and personable. She took her time explaining things and answering questions, and I never felt rushed, which is a great change from the larger practice. I would absolutely recommend Rachel (and this practice in general) to anyone who wants quality health care from providers that actually care about you.
