Office Staff not helpful when questioned regarding future appointments and Dr Tolnai's assistant/helper (Barbara) cannot or will not come to front desk area to have conversations.

She is nonchalant, her staff, new nurse and office manager need training in people's skills. They do not return calls regarding test results. Nurse has no knowledge of certain test. Office manager lies. Doctor lies regarding test that she said would do which is required every 3 months.

dr tolnia is a great doctor, she treats you like a family member. I have had cancer twice and because of her i am still alive. her staff is outstanding and waiting time is minimal. hope she never retires. I have been to 2 other doctors in her field but was not happy.

Dr. Tonal is a ver y wonerful person,she is a very compassionate with her parients..sorry to hear such negative reviews on her..as far staff goes that is a different story..and I agree with some of the reviews..but Dr. Is a lovely human being..

I have been treated with Dr. Tolnai for 5yrs now, I will be with her for life. She is caring, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Her staff is amazing, Venise is efficient and a rock star. Pam is also efficient and knows her stuff. I recommend Dr. Tolnai to anyone who will ask and even those that don't. She's my Shero!

Dr. Tolnai is the best. One of the few doctors who will take the time with you. Besides that her staff actually answers the phone. I hardly ever get voicemail. She calls back promptly and has 4 board certifications. She knows her stuff!

My experience with Dr Tolnai was nothing short of wonderful! She is patient, compassionate, informative and inspirational. To be diagnosed with cancer and not be terrified is a tribute to Dr Tolnai.
