Very caring and empathetic physician that also has the knowledge to be a completely fantastic doctor. Jupiter is lucky to have him. I moved out of the state or I would continue seeing him. I also had the priveledge of working for him prior to his time at the present facility. Top Notch!!

Let dr know I was running late and doctor left early since I was late and her last patient. Place closes at 5, got here at 4:20. Clearly doesn’t care about patients

I have been going to Dr.Novoa for over thirty years. He is one of the finest physicians I have ever had. He instinctively knows how to treat whatever ailments you may have. There is a certain knowledge that comes with a person who is born to be a physician and he has it. When you first go to his office, you are greeted by friendly office staff, they process the paperwork and then you are called back. If you choose Dr.Novoa, you are getting the best.

Long time patient of Dr. Novoa. Office staff is horrible in trying to get an appointment. Many times on hold for many minutes and often no one comes to phone. Oh we're so busy. Non sense. Hire more people or find MD not in same office with many other MDs. Making an appointment should not be hassle. Very disappointed!

Dr Novoa and his PA Leo have always been kind professional personable. This office staff are professional. The phone calls are responded to promptly and courteously. This is a well run practice!!
