Irma Lopez's Online Review Report Card

Really turned off by Jan the billing lady. I was in her office and she said they dont chase people for money, meanwhile I had been to this office the month prior I received no word about my insurance not paying a bill until I was there and needed care because I was in pain, yet she said " oh we allowed you to make the appointment" but yet wouldnt let me see the Dr while Im in pain. Later she leaves me a message saying they hadn't sent out invoices yet... so, you haven't even tried to collect anything I owe but yet allowed me to make appt but didnt let me in after I suggested a few things but yet we havent billed you yet! Ridiculous In my opinion.

Excellent doctor. Responsive , caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her.

My husband and I after seeing 3 different concierge found Dr Lopez. We have never had a better Doctor in our lives. Set Lopez is a highly qualified doctor and is always able to diagnose any issue we may have. She is available at any time and her office staff treats you like you are her only patient. We are both in our 70’s and now feel so comfortable being in her caring hands.

Dr Lopez is like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. My husband and I are both huge advocates of this brilliant ,caring and incredible diagnostician. Another amazing and incredible attribute of Dr Lopez is her ability to really listen to your issues and she always comes up with the perfect solution. We are so grateful we found this outstanding concierge who is always there for us day and night at any time. Her office staff is very attentive and you always feel that you are her only patient. Thumbs up to Jan, we love you too!!!

I recently switched to Dr. Lopez as my primary provider. I could not be more impressed. The care and communication that I have received has been outstanding, by far the best that I have had in my lifetime. Granted there is a fee to be part of the concierge practice but if you can afford it, the money is very well spent. I have called probably 10 times. The phone was answered by a knowledgeable person every time and my issues have always been addressed. At my previous primary you could only leave a voice mail which would be returned "within a 48 hour period". The physical that I received was the most comprehensive of any exam in my history. Afterwards Dr. Lopez met with me for approximately 30 minutes. Her "bedside manner" is more compassionate than I have ever experienced. Based on the extensive exam she has arranged for some additional testing that no other Doctor ever recommended. She is truly interested in the prevention of disease and I feel privileged to be in her practice.

Horrible. One of her office staff (who turned out to be a family member of hers) messed up the lab and brought the lab kit to CHURCH (where she knew my husband was-same church) and took his blood work in the restroom of the church. My husband came home with his arm all blue. I was away and had no idea. We contacted her and sent a letter which she denied ever happened saying "we are christian people and don't work like that".

I had my first visit at Dr Lopez s today I saw Nurse Practioner Sheri Erickson Immediately I felt I was at The Right Place …..Very Very Impressed with office experience And Extremely with Sheri . First Impressions can Only be Once and They get 5 stars from me Thank you

Dr Lopez spent so much time with me reviewing all my medical history and listening to my concerns. I felt like she really cared about my overall well being and never felt rushed. I have a complicated history and she reviewed it all with me. Very intelligent, gentle Dr. I'm so glad she came highly recommended.... I'm here for life!

Very willing to get a second opinion. Uses common sense along with medical expertise. Has been a God Send for me in solving problems that no one else was willing to tackle. Staff is the most efficient I've ever experienced. 5 star rating with no doubts.
