Dr. Bueno and her staff are EXCELLENT! They literally saved my life. The staff and answering service are always available to help when you need them. Most importantly, Dr. Bueno and her staff truly care about their patients. Their follow through and follow up are amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Bueno. I highly recommend her to everybody!

Dr. Bueno is one of the most exceptional primary care doctors we have ever met. She has not only taken care of my husband‘s health after a heart attack, but she has been very proactive in our family’s medical care. A kind doctor who always follows through and genuinely cares for her patients. We are grateful to her and her staff who have saved my husband’s life and helped us during our medical crisis. Thank you.

Dr Bueno told me to change my diet exercise, my AC1 was 6.8, total cholesterol was 312 I was a mess after my divorce. Within six months my AC1 was 4.8 and my total cholesterol was 116. And now off my meds. Thank you Isabel.

This medical group operates exclusively on greed. You can pay for a test and they call you ahead of time and then add a charge for a tele-visit, then when you follow up with a question about the test results with a simple question they will have someone call you back and without advising charge for another office/televisit which are the same price. At no time do you actually speak to a doctor although the televisits are the same price as a dr. appt. The administration of this group was always bad and never called in correct prescriptions but now they crossed the line to being crooked.

I am very sorry you had a bad experience with Dr. Bueno. I think she is AMAZING and have had nothing but great visits with her. In fact I refer her patients all the time. However, the GI doc that is in house is great, but I get if you prefer to see your own. Perhaps another PCP would be a better option.

I've made two appointments at Dr. Bueno's office. Different days and different reasons. Never met her or seen her. Nurse practitioners represented the Dr at both consultations. They are not attentive and caring. They are pushy and want to schedule as many tests and followups as possible. Just overwhelming and not necessary. When a nurse prescribed medication for my sinus infection (something real simple), my body didn't approve of the medication. This is the point where I had to arm yourself with patience, it's impossible to get a nurse on the phone to reevaluate the prescription. I left a voice mail with the nurse in the am, asking to call me back. I called the receptionist at noon, wondering how the communication lines are wired. Gave her the message. Yet, no update on my prescription. I wouldn't recommend this unexisting doctor to family members or friends. Won't be returning to this office. Don't waste your precious time. PS:The waiting time was over 45 minutes in the office

This Bueno doesn't even deserve to be called a doctor!!! She is the most uncaring, controlling person I've come across in my 65 years....shes young, lacking confidence, still going to school and should not be allowed to practice medicine!!! She put my wife through hell....begging for prescriptions every month, going without prescriptions because of her unorganized office, denying deferrals that were approved by the insurance company..wanting to go to her specialists that she said "took good care of her Mom" quote" how unprofessional is that!!!! than my wife had to leave and go find another primary doctor just to get her proper prescriptions and referrals, when telling other doctors they couldn't believe it and some said they heard of many other patients complaining about Bueno...Than it took over 2 months for Bueno to give my wife her medical records because Bueno expressed she was not happy with my leaving and again used her control to withhold her medical records....very immature!

Dr Bueno is terrible! I have no idea how she has any good reviews! Have to call her disorganized office 3 or 4 times every month just to get a normal prescription refilled, and go without your meds for a week or so and she doesn't care! Wont give you a referral to a specialist approved by your insurance company, you have to go to her in house specialist!! She doesn't care..I would strongly recommend staying away from this doctor. She is young, still going to school and still learning, hopfully she will learn how to treat her patients!
