The level of incompetence which this office exercises is beyond measure. I have tried now for 20 days to renew a prescription and each time it is sent in, it is incorrect. I have stopped in the office to talk this over with her staff, I had a televisit, and called again today to try and work this out. However, the prescription was still sent in with the incorrect medication. Right now If I had a choice between no Physician at all and this medical group I would choose the former.

Just moved to Jupiter and needed to establish with a PCP I found her on my BCBSFL website and went for my 1st appointment. She is awesome! Very thorough and friendly which is so refreshing. Everyone is so pleasant and although there was a wait, I felt better when I got into a room with her nurse and the doctor.

Office staff very unorganized. Doctor told me she would call with test results. She did not call, I called and was told the report contained language the PA couldn’t understand. Called again the next day, no return call. Emailed through the patient portal, no return call. Finally got a call from the doc to explain results on the third day. Totally unacceptable.

I needed a new Internist and did some research. Dr. Manhart has been attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable.
