Dr. Gualteiri, each RN, MA, ultrasound techs, phlebotomist and receptionist have been incredible sweet, helpful and good to us. The fertility journey is hard and can be long, stressful and full of ups and downs. You need a good team to rely on and help you navigate it. This is what you will find with Dr. G and the team. We are very happy to have them in our lives and will always feel grateful with them. If you dream for a family you are in the right place.

After 10 years and 3 failed IVF transfers ... Dr Gualtieri has finally made me a mother .. We are now 5 weeks and 3 days and could not have done it without the patience and dedication of Dr G and the entire IVF Florida staff. Thank you for making my dream come true. We look forward to expanding our family with you in the future . Highly recommended for all of your infertility needs.

Dr. Gualtieri and the whole team here are absolutely amazing. Kind, caring people who really want to help you achieve your goals and are super supportive of you every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who has infertility problems. No hesitation. Love them!

Impossible to see a doctor to go over medical charts. Then doc goes on vacation. Only nurses available after hours when window of opportunity relies on timing and sending over medications or lab requests may not be available when they are finally ready to contact you back. They don't give a crap about patients. Unfortunately the only place around for fertility treatment makes me so freaking mad. Nurses short with their answers rush you in and out.

The team at IVF Florida and Dr. Gualtieri cared for us so well during one of our most vulnerable times in our lives. When I was referred I was told this office and group of nurses and doctors were like family and they lived up to and beyond this. After a few rounds of medicine and shots we went through one round of IUI and found out we were pregnant. I was beyond excited and felt like our team here was as well. They walked us through our first few weeks of nerves and hopes and after seeing our baby on an ultrasound at six weeks, we “graduated” from their practice and resumed care at my normal OBGYN. We welcomed a healthy baby boy on Christmas Eve and couldn’t be more thankful for this office helping to make that possible. A month and a half later I received a phone call checking in on us and thought it was a true testament to how much this practice cares for their people.

I understand in this area of Florida, there are not many options for Fertility centers but truly trust me, this is one to avoid. I honestly think they only care about is money money money. You might think that is like most medical centers these days, but you are wrong. They are on another level. You cannot speak to any doctor without getting charged almost 400 dollars for seconds of talk time, they don't care to help with your insurance and that's a whole another nightmare and good luck ever reaching anyone if you call in. They never answer the phone except billing department and never return voicemails. If you live in the area, please drive to Miami area or Orlando or Tampa...it will save you so much time and money. I would rate this business as one of the lowest customer service businesses I have ever worked with on a personal level. Truly needs new management with new core values and have integrity at the forefront in their restructure.

IVF FL Jupiter has been a second family to me the past few years. Everyone in that office deserves recognition! Ashley & Bianca are the sweetest and friendliest faces when you check in/check out and have billing questions! Courtney has the best blood drawing hands I’ve ever witnessed and she’s a pleasure to talk to before an ultrasound! Geldy, Dawn and Laura are also amazing when it comes to ultrasounds, follicle counts and lining checks. The entire nursing staff including Trisha, Megan, Erica, Brittany, Karli and Kayla answered all of my questions & concerns and put my mind at ease during my time at IVF FL. Dr. Gualtieri has made our dream of becoming parents a reality and you can tell he truly loves what he does. You are surrounded by genuine and compassionate people in this office and you feel it the minute you walk in. I will truly miss seeing the team every week!

This place has horrible reviews for a reason, the service is horrible from the reception all the way to the doctors. Called to make an appointment and had a receptionist named Ailyn asking personal health questions. When I asked if I can discuss with the doctor instead she threatened to cancel my appointment. The next day Dr. Barrionuevo was very unprofessional and condescending after being late to the appointment. Remember that ivf services are not covered by insurance, you are a customer and deserve to be treated with respect!
