Love Dr. MCCARTHY she is an amazing person. Made our dreams come true We had an experience with another doctor we thought was good but she was on a whole different level. She is caring and lovely exactly what you need to make your baby

These people are total scams. My wife went to their office for a visit and wasn’t told she had to do blood work which our insurance would have paid for however that’s was a total lie. They instead sent the test to be done at a lab that is out of network when they knew the insurance doesn’t cover for. Only to find out that they are benefiting from the lab when they do such thing.I don’t advise no one to go to this place for no reason at all. They are going to lie just to have you pay out of pocket. These people are some brazen scammers.

The front desk staff in this place are so unprofessional. You call them and they never help you with medical records. I just feel they don’t care about pregnant women.Worst place to go to. The only professional one there the Dr. They also misinforms patients and take advantage of women that want to be mothers. I asked the staff if my insurance was going to cover for tests and they told me it was covered but I received a bill. It’s not fair I’m sure I’m not the only patient with this insurance and they know what my insurance covers. I called the staff they didn’t want to help me and were very rude. Don’t go here save yourself

Dr. McCarthy and her staff have been very kind to me and have made my visits much less stressful than Ive experienced at other clinics. I finally feel like a medical team is listening to my concerns.

Please save yourself the headache. I went there with my wife on the first visit they said the doctor had to leave. Ok no problem. They reschedule us more than a month away from the date we went in. When we went back for the appointment they said the doctor could not see us because we where 5 minutes late. The office manager was very rude and dismissive. The service was just horrible.

Dr Taylor helped us face our challenges and we recently welcomed our amazing baby boy Thank you Dr T Corinne and the whole IVFMD Jupiter team. You hold a special place in our hearts

Front office is lazy rude and inept. Constant scheduling errors notification errors last minute changes with no notifications. If you bring this to the attention of the DR you will be dropped as a patient. Wish we would have followed our instincts when we saw the signs of a poorly managed office in the beginning but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. I highly suggest any place other than this. The business is clearly afraid of the staff and their business will suffer from their employees laziness and lack of caring and skill. Massive waste of money and time you have been warned.

I have been a patient of this office for about 1 year. I came across Dr. McArthy via 3 referrals from friends and patients. During my time here I have also had the experience of being treated by Dr. Taylor on a rare occasion that Dr. McArthy was away. The entire team in this office hold a special place in my heart. They are sensitive to the struggle we endure and every person I have encountered has treated me and my case with great compassion. An experience I have not had at other RE offices. The bedside manner and effort Dr. McArthy takes to educate me on the specifics of my case have been very impactful and inspiring for me as another healthcare provider. There is something to be said for her high level of expertise and emotional IQ which are 2 traits that rarely come hand in hand. I am grateful to have been under the care of this team including nurses and schedulers. Officially removed myself from this Practice Walked in for my scheduled appt. they cancelled it due to the fault of the scheduler after waiting 30minutes no sincere apologies abt it No Passion for what they specialize in. Dr.Taylor was my provider she herself cancelled my appt walking in 5minutes late from traffic I kindly reminded them of their prior appt fault office Manager reminded me how that was the past. Ur just another file on their desk all about money billing your private insurance could care less about your process timeframe through your infertility journey. She told me to reschedule I signed my release of records I told her I couldn’t dare continue to be part of a team of people who treated a patient in this way. Infertility journey is not easy nor did she make me feel as if they even cared. Palm Beach Infertility wDr Denker welcomed me back me with open arms. I only considered this practice because it was closer to home which I totally regret giving these people my money time.

I recently had the HSG test performed by Dr. McCarthy and was easy as pie if you ask me. I honestly had no discomfort whatsoever. Anyone doing this procedure I promise you it didnt cause any pain for me. I had friends tell me its super uncomfortable but I would say on a scale of 110 I was literally a 1 So nothing to be hyped up about. Thank you Dr. McCarthy and staff
