Dr. Langerman is a fantastic doctor. He's very knowledgeable and is very gentle with my ears. He's always very personable and professional. Getting referrals by his admins is a challenge. I'm there on a regular basis and my primary care doctor has an entire department that handles referrals. The admins need to contact them directly. The referral dept. usual turn around time is very quick. No reason after 6 weeks to have admins call me as they're leaving for the day to tell me they haven't gotten my referral. I had to call directly only to find out the admins sent my referral request today. They threatened to cancel my next a.m. appt.and when I called admins, there was no answer. This has been a challenge ongoing with admins. Dr. Langerman is not at fault.

Dr. Langerman is an amazing doctor. Very professional and super nice in every way. I like he always took his time and explained everything in detail. Dr. Langerman performed a balloon sinuplasty and can honestly say I feel so much better. The entire office is well organized and his team are also very friendly and professional.
