Booked an appointment over two weeks ago for pain on the top of my foot and an ingrown toenail. Asked if my insurance was taken, I was told yes go ahead and book the appointment. I get to the office today, fill out the paperwork, give my license and insurance card. Waited 15 minutes only to be called up to tell me that they don’t take my insurance. I could have paid out of net work, but we all know how that goes. Very disappointed.

Dre Vena is a fantastic podiatrist. Took my daughter to a dermatologist for a foot issue and was told to perform a very painful routine every night. After 2 months of the condition getting worse, we went to Dr Vena . He took one look and explained our treatment plan from the other doctor was making it worse. In 2 visits, condition was fixed.

Dr. Vena is an amazing dr. He has great bedside manner, thorough, really listens and takes his time. I purchased a new pair of orthotics through him. He created a full mold of my foot with plaster of Paris. They are the best pair of orthotics I have ever had! I haven’t had any back, foot or heel pain since I purchased them 3 years ago.

I injured my toe badly and saw Dr Vena for treatment. Everyone at Jupiter Foot and Ankle was great and treated me like family. Dr. Vena is truly amazing and would recommend to anyone!

This is an amazing Doctor's office. From scheduling an appointment to the Doctor everyone and everything about this practice is phenomenal. I have been a patient as well as both of my teenage boys when they had issues the doctor dealt with them as though they were family. The staff is amazing as well.

Dr. Vena is truly a one of a kind. He is very kind and considerate. He spends time with you, explaining everything thoroughly with you. He is easy to talk to and listens to you. His office staff is the same as well. It is always a great experience each time I am there for my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Vena and his staff at Jupiter Foot and Ankle.

My entire family has been going to Dr. VENA for over a decade and his care is phenomenal. He is known for calling patient at home to follow up--you don't see that kind of dedication anymore. His staff is always caring too! Also, his knowledge is exceptional. I just can't express enough how dedicated this doctor is to caring for patients. Puts his soul into it. We thank you!

I tried to call and set up an appointment on 5 occasions, each time no one answered the phone, each time I was directed to voice messaging, each time no one returned my call. I believe strongly that administrative support is a strong indicator of overall customer service. Therefore, this provider should be avoided.

The world needs more doctors like Dr.Vena. Very thorough and takes his time with his patients to ensure proper diagnosis as well as plenty of time to ask any questions. Highly recommend!!
