Horrible rude staff long waits They proceeded to ask us what type of tests we want strep flu etc? How do we know we arent doctors? How bout you tell us what we need? Very bad experience wont come back.

It seems that my previous review was deleted.The front desk lady ANNA was really RUDE She was scolding raising her voice and yelling at me the moment I showed up. She was unhappy and rude right from the beginning.We are human beings and all deserve to be treated with respect. I don’t expect any rude behavior or bad customer service skill in a professional environment Did this staff actually get well trained or have enough qualifications for this position???The other staff were nice. But how could I have a great experience here when I was rudely greeted?

Mind blowing incompetence and critical miseducation from supposed medical professionals. Super rude staff when their inadequacies were pointed out.

Hoping this gets to Dr Romero.This evening my family called to check about the closing time of the Indiantown Rd location. I expressed we would be extremely close to the closing time of 800 PM and was told the doors lock at 800 PM no exceptions.I pulled up to the front door at 759 PM as the clock changed to 800 PM. As I was opening the car door a young lady ran to the front door locked the front door ran away to the back of house area.I cannot express how disgusted I was with such childish behavior from Medical Staff a profession I’ve always had so much respect for will continue to have.I felt Dr Romero or the head physician at this location should know how staff is behaving. As a business Owner myself I would be angry disappointed.Thank youFred Chesney

The staff is friendly and efficient the office was clean and my medical issue was handled with ease. Will go back but hope I never need to

So impressed with one of the PAs I just had to write this review. Christine Boyer her bedside manner is stellar What an amazing doctor she is Her bed side manner is the best Ive seen. I felt so weak and sick when i came in and you helped me so much with your kind words and the way you tested me for virus you obviously give over 100 percent in what you do. Thank you so much Christine You are AMAZING

So sorry I brought my mom here.  She was told that this was the end of the road for her but then the next day did surgery on her.  I know that she was told so many things and yo process it all without family there was too much.  Dr. ShaSha and Dr. Pinelli were rude to her and actually I called several times to speak to Dr. Pinelli and got zero callbacks.  I had no idea the treatment she was going to get and with covid the only way I could see her was to call in hospice.  She was already depressed stuck in this small room got to see her for an hr.  Then they wouldnt let her leave the hospital unless hospice was called.  My mom called me crying telling me if this was the only way she could get out of the hospital then we had to do it.  I blame myself for taking her to Jupiter Medical Center.  I shouldve known that years ago when I had called and asked to get a second opinion they said they dont give those.  There is something really wrong with the healthcare system in FL.

I was at Jupiter Medical Center Urgent Care Stuart Florida on 41321 for a preemployment test. Very simple urine drug screen. First I would like to say I was was met at the door that was locked by the most angry rude employee I have ever encountered. This desk staff met me with an irritated tone stating Cant you read the doors are locked we have to screen you first before you can come in. She now slaps her hand on the two papers taped to the door and window and says Did you not read this Who talks this way to a patient coming to a health center?? I am appauled that a mature lady would act the way she did I would like to say I was the only one in the waiting room and I waited 20 minutes before being called back to have  labwork only.  I will be sure to have my community of friends and family never go there for care. I was there for a well visit preemployment what happens in an Urgent Care Center that LOCKS their doors to screen for fever first?? I guess if you are ill you can not go there. I have never been treated with so much disrespect as I was met with today.They deserve NO Stars
