Waist of time and $$ I showed up at 8am when they opened hoping to have a quick experience. There was one person in front of me only but it took 10 minutes for the front desk girl to even arrive and get my info..you could hear them giggling and goofing off. So then once I got put in the room awaiting the nurse or whatever she was definitely not a Dr I waited another 45 min before I opened the door and asked if I was going to be seen.. 10 min later I was seen. I explained my symptoms that I always get bronchitis and her first response was we dont treat bronchitis unless its like 3 or 4 weeks already but she basically wanted to upsell me to a covid testflu testchest exray etc.. I told her I was not interested and then long story short she said there was nothing she could do for me to come back in a week or two if not better. Wow So I immediately go to another facility where I was seen by an actual dr who diagnosed me within 5 min w bronchitis and gave me meds. Stay away from this Urgent care location. They have no Empathy for there customers just want your money..literally better off treating yourself than waisting your time w these people.
I called before arriving to make sure they were not swamped and the person on the phone was very patient knowledgeable and kind. Kevin Shope is the Physicians Assistant that saw my father on Sept. 7 2021. He was extremely competent knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. He seemed even better than many physicians. He thoroughly explained what he was doing at each step of the examination and the followup steps needed once he was doing examining my father. He wrote a script for a CAT scan and he called us with the results. He was very patient while we discussed the results with him. I would highly recommend this facility and Mr. Shope.
If you are looking for a Covid PCR test needed for school exposure return this is the worst place to go. They said 2436 hours. When I called at 24 hours they said no way 35 days. There would have been no point to test if the results were 35 days he could have returned to school with out the test at that point. 3 weeks ago it was less than an hour PCR test there is the lab machine in the back onsite but now they charge $200 surcharge.
Went in there and had an Achilles tear misdiagnosed. A shell severed through my heal and the nurse practitioner looked at it and said to me “you’re very lucky it just missed your Achilles’ tendon.” She never performed an MRI to confirm this was the case and I was in too much of shock to think any differently. A few days after she stitched me up the wound started to become infected. I went to an ortho who took them out ordered an MRI and found an 80% tear of my Achilles’ tendon. I was told I should’ve gone into immediate surgery when I was taken in. The nurse was sweet but should’ve done her job and referred me to an emergency room and conducted the proper tests to know for certain what she was saying.Best part is they didn’t even give me crutches at first and I was jumping around on 1 leg for 2 days before I went in and had to ask for them.1 year later and I am still not fully healed and behind pace for where I should be. If you go here make sure it isn’t for something that could possibly be serious.
I came in for a work related injury got bit by a fish in the st lucie estuary. Staff was really friendly and I didnt have to wait very long to be seen. Doris my nurse practitioner was especially awesome. Answered any and all questions I had and I felt very comfortable getting stitched up. She was a positive spin on my day. I think the whole process took about an hour in and out the door.
Treated very poorly at the Indiantown Rd. Jupiter location. Basically laughed at after my questions about insurance billing for a Covid test. Made to feel embarrassed as other patients overheard and looked on. Receptionist did not want to help me understand the process. Which seemed to have changed since our last visits for Covid testing. Extremely unprofessional way of trying to weed out patients. A little more compassion would be most helpful. Not everyone is out to get over on you. Just want to get my kid back to school where she belongs.
Pleased with my experience there for myself my family. The staff is very nice treated us very well. They are so busy with patients our wait time was 2 hrs but we didnt mind as I could see how hard they are working to keep things moving as best as possible. Once we got in to be seen we didnt feel like they rushed us out they really took the time to care for us.
Tried to get treated for asthma and get a Covid test both of my kids are positive. Called before I went. They said they don’t treat asthma. Went there anyway because they were the only urgent care open. Very rude nurse tried to turn me away saying they don’t treat asthma. Told her my kids are Covid positive and I need a test. She dismissed me by saying “everyone here has it.” She finally agreed to see me but I left after realizing how little intent she had for helping me. I’ll end up in ER.
Ive been here a few times for different needs some COVID related. Each time the processexperience has been better than any other urgent care in the area. The others require appointments or have a ridiculous wait time. Ive never waited more than 30 minutes or so. Additionally the staff are way more personable and friendly. They take the time to talk to you and understand your situation. Some of these urgent cares have forgotten they are in the business of helping people and treat patients like animals. I really like Jupiter Medical Center and the staff
As a registered nurse who practiced in the ER at Jupiter Medical center for years this place is a joke. First the person who does triage is incompetent. She gives medical advice without any medical education or ability. Next is the incompetence of the Nurse Practitioner. My husband had been diagnosed with pink eye. After using the erythromycin eye salve he developed hives on his arms bilaterally. At first we were perplexed and tried to figure out the cause for the hives but after putting the salve in the eye on the third day the hives were worst. It was right after the instillation of the salve. We called the urgent care to get another medicine and were told they would call back. Finally out of frustration at no call back we went to the urgent care . The triage person said she would talk to someone. She came back telling us no it cant be. NO one looked at the hives . We were given the option to drive to Stuart to see the Nurse practitioner who say him on Sunday. Really anyone can see the hives. No one looked at them yet they diagnosed without seeing him. What kind of follow up or care is this? Hope you are well insured. This was a little case. If it were worse with this kind of misdiagnosis and follow up we will never go back. Assessment skill zero follow up zero triage zero observation zero diagnosis zero.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
