Jupiter Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

I always expect a long wait and experience at any hospital but this was worse than expected. Taken back quickly into the ER but that is where it stopped. My son received treatment precisely 3 hours after we checked in....after being told 5 differe times it would be 15 more minutes or so. I am thankful for drs.nurses and ers but hate hospitals like this with a passion. Just be honest and straightforward with patients about time. Simple ask not that hard.

Horrible hospital My husband has GI issues that send him to the ER a few times a year. Unfortunately this is the closest hospital to us. The ER is the worst we’ve ever been to. I cannot believe they are allowed to operate how they do and treat patients like absolute trash. No compassion anywhere in this place. GABRIEL who worked the night shift 115116 is a horrendous human being. He was sleeping. Told my husband he was sleeping. Cursed at him I heard the entire thing while in FaceTime because he can’t do a simple task of drawing blood. This is what happens when schools allow students to practice on dummies Vs real people. He missed 3 times and blood spurting everywhere. My husband requested a new nurse to do the draw since he clearly wasn’t capable. This is when he began to curse and berate my husband. I truly hope Gabriel gets his horrible karma very soon. I do wish he faces the same treatment while seeking medical attention. He needs to be taught a lesson in compassion and I’m sure god will do just that for him. His back up was even worse. She was a heavily overweight horrible human who will also face gods judgement in the way she treats others. Perhaps these individuals get a job in a morgue or anywhere else. They should not be around people in need. Thank god for Carol she was the only competent person working during this shift. In conclusion AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

My mother passed away in Jupiter Medical Center after contracting Covid in the Jupiter Medical Center. The staff could have not been more callous or unsympathetic. My mother died in the hospital alone without family by her side. 4 days of no phone calls and no sympathy for family who travelled a long way. I have never had a worse experience with a medical facility in my life. Take your loved ones to another area hospital.

I want to say a huge thank you to Charge Nurse Scott Amanda Stephanie on Wednesday November 3rd 2021 700 am. Charge Nurse nice male took time to explain EVERYTHING. also anesthesiologist was wonderful too. I was overwhelmed with fear Nurses Doctor were wonderful. Thank you for doing everything you could have. Greatly appreciatedRobin ODay

Scheduled 530am check in for surgery this morning. Staff was polite and caring. Preop nurses were excellent and the head nurse Bill was so nice. Staff was very thorough. Anesthetia team was caring they listened when I told them I have a hard time waking up and getting sick. They put a medication sticker behind my ear. Surgery techs and nurses made me very comfortable. And whoever my recovery nurse was...she stayed with me the entire time and took EXCELLENT care of me until I was physically able to go home. Will definitely choose Jupiter medical for any futures needs.

I came in with strong flu like symptoms. Throwing up fever for ten days. They kept me in the most uncomfortable chair my whole stay. I asked to lay down and they refused. They placed me in the pediatric care area. No one is around the call button didn’t work its like im being sabotaged. The nurse i had Becky was very short rude cold hearted and not helpful at all. I’ll always choose a different emergency room to go to from now on.

My friend Charlotte was they because she had a bad fall were she live. She back now. She said that the care she got was good and the food was good too. To All the staff and and people who work there thank You for taking good care of her. Sincerely Marty Thomson

My wife gave birth to baby 4 here and let me tell you the staff and Drs are top notch. Everyone was so caring and attentive to our needs through our stay. Everyone who helped with the delivery and the entire stay were phenomenal. Love this hospital and it’s staff thank you so much for all you do.

You know who rocks? Everyone at this facility Over many years I’ve had many tests and the staff is always kind and caring going above and beyond. You guys are true hero’s Thank you for making difficult times less stressful
