In my experience, this is the worst I've ever been treated by any doctor's office. I haven't been able to reach the office via phone or online portal for months. I show up to the office bc I'm done calling and they refuse to speak to me bc my issue is about billing. A bill I paid and they said I didn't. The front desk staff is rude and argumentative. HCA is a terrible medical group and they will be losing me as a patient.

What a wonderful experience I had. Dr. Kimberly Heroux is phenomenal! I was nervous going since it was my first time at this office. Everyone made me right at home. I highly recommend this office and particularly Dr. Kimberly Heroux. You will thank me👍🏻

I loved this Dr for my daughter's first gyn appointment. She was nice and had a good personality. Was worth the drive. Nice looking office and friendly staff.

Thank you my visit was easy and the atmosphere and kindness of the staff and Dr. Heroux was greatly appreciated plus it’s really close compared to all my other Dr. Appointments very grateful for their knowledge and accommodating receptivity. Thank you !

Not one to leave reviews but I have to say the group of people that work at Dr Heroux office are extremely professional and friendly. The girls in the office were accommodating to my schedule and appointment making. Dr. Heroux took the time to get to know me and made me feel comfortable, while explaining anything I didn’t understand. Not a bad thing to say and am happy to have found such a great doctors office.
