How this place has such great reviews absolutely baffles me...If you have plenty of time to waste, I would definitely recommend making an appointment here!FYI - don't bother making an appointment online because it does not actually correspond with their office appointment system. Why is this even a feature on the website?

This Dr's office is the worst ever. If you think you have an appointment call and confirm! I had 3 appointments set up and all three had to be rescheduled (I had driven to the appointment twice out of 3 times. The third time I tried to confirm before I drove there and no one picks up the phone during office hours! WTH. So, I show up for the 3rd time and they "apologized" I wasn't on their schedule. I'm sure she's a great doctor, but. they wore me out with their re-scheduling cycle.

Dr. Heroux was my doctor for more than 10 years. She is competent, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and a good listener. She was my surgeon for endometriosis and gently guided me through menopause. I actually cried after our last visit knowing that she would no longer be my doctor. (I retired and moved out of state.) I highly recommend her.

Dr Heroux is by far the most caring dr I've ever had. After 5 miscarriages she is the only one to figure out why it happened. She is so knowledgeable, I am now 18 weeks pregnant and I trust her completely I will never go to anyone but her!! Highly recommend.

Dr. Heroux is amazing, the way the office is run-not so much. First, they neglected to call to inform me Dr. Heroux was out for an emergency so when I arrived for my appointment, doors were locked. A receptionist let me in, rescheduled me, told me to call beforehand to make sure Dr. Heroux was back. I called, no answer. Luckily Dr. Heroux was back. When I asked the girls why no one answered during office hours, they said they were busy and shut the phones off. Dr. Heroux called in a script, when I called my pharmacy, they said they needed additional information for it to be filled. I called the office, again phones off during office hours. The answering service picked up, said the office was probably busy again but took my information for someone to get back to me. Never heard from anyone. This is beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I never had this problem in the past, I hope they rectify whatever situation is happening with their office staff.

Dr Heroux is kind, compassionate, caring, respectful, gentle, and most of all extremely knowledgeable. She is a true advocate for her patients and will always go above and beyond. Very easy and open to communication.
