Louis C. Rosainz's Online Review Report Card

My wife, Barbara, is a patient of Dr Rosainz. She had various tests performed at his direction, and needs to have the related report forwarded to her primary urologist. Called several times, only to find out the report had not yet been sent. The doctor wants more tests done, though it was not explained why they would be necessary, and no-one called to schedule them. Almost impossible to get through to anyone at the office, and if you leave a message, they do not return the call. If you are from the Northeast, Florida medical practices will be a rude awakening, as, in most cases, they are very inefficient, and poorly managed.

This place really needs some respect for their patients. Calls to office are very rarely returned if ever. Patient Portal is a disaster!!! Dr barely listens to what is being said. Tells me to get tests, but no tests are passed onto me. In plain English people thinking of using this office would be better off going to a doctor that doesn't have 5 other doctors in the practice. They are rushed for time. The PA is the one who is really in charge which doesn't say much at all. If you want a lot of frustration then this is the place to be. If you don't mind frustration then learn to speak fast and expect that what you say will not be heard. I have to continually chase them down for every little thing. Last experience was that they couldn't even find my name in their system. The entire office needs to be changed out for more professional employees. I go to other doctors and have no problem from the moment I enter until the time that I leave. This is called superb office management. Stick to the single doctor and forget about these big groups. I also need to add that the entire office will be in an even bigger uproar for the next 90 since the offices are being redone. Trust me it's a mess over there. No one knows if their coming or going. Very grateful because Dr. R was able to see my spouse on short notice for a GI procedure prior to his chemotherapy, unfortunately he never follow up with us the colonoscopy nor the endoscopy results were available to us via the oncologist, quite dissatisfied and disappointed 😔

I like Dr. R but his staff is difficult and not customer service oriented. I've called 6 times today to get a prescription, and keep getting their answering service. The one time I did reach the office, they disconnected me.

Had appointment with Dr Rosainz PA (Ms Gomez) today. This was my first time using this group. She was wonderful. Very good at listening and very informative. She took her time . I will continue to use this practice as needed.

I didn't know i was so sick. Dr. Rosainz and his np Nicki are outstanding. They truly care and have helped my stomach issues improve. I will go nowhere else! Thank you 😊
