I am so happy with the care my mother is receiving in Memory Care at Mangrove Bay. The staff is wonderful, everyone from Jinah the Director, to the nurses and all the caregivers and cleaning staff. They all seem to know my mother so well and attend to her in a kind, fun and professional way. From the moment I walked in, I felt like it was a friendly, caring atmosphere. My mother’s room is clean and comfortable and fits all her needs. Under staff’s direction we were able to get her a proper wheelchair, bed and all her supplies. We have great communication with staff and they are open and honest with us. They have helped us through this difficult time of understanding her disease and knowing what to do for her. We came from the facility where we felt our mother was not getting good care and so we moved her to Mangrove Bay. We have not regretted our decision! I want to thank everyone for your continued love, patience and professionalism.

Very friendly group that made us feel welcomed from the start. Everyone from Bill, who picked us up and drove us past our Mother's favorite landmark, the Jupiter Lighthouse, and safely delivering us at the front door; to Ginah , who got us settled into our room. Thank you all.

Came here in March of 2020. We went on lockdown two days after I arrived! Mangrove Bay is a small community of very caring staff and residents. We have all grown very close because of the COVID-19 problem that entered our lives. The staff here kept us all happy, entertained, and very safe. They went out of their way with great meals, weekly snack surprises, (ice cream, brownies, snacks), and we had entertainers that played and sang for us from outside! We watched and sang from our balconies! Living here is like living with extended family. We all truly care about each other, and we all make the effort to see that our community is safe and caring. Great place to live!

my mom and dad moved into Mangrove Bay about 3 years ago. They have enjoyed all that Mangrove Bay has to offer. the other residents are friendly and they kind of become a family to each other. The Mangrove stuff is very professional and caring. They are attentive to all the residents and any needs that arise. They also offer a very active environment including daily activities outings and varying entertainment. All in all, it is a wonderful experience to see all of the seniors so engaged and well cared for...

If you wish to live in a prison atmosphere where everyone smiles but the only thing they care about is your payment. This is the place for you.Horrible experience in dining room with family member whose husband was in ICU critical condition. Montoya should not be dealing with the public in any arena, especially not in this type of facility.DO NOT be sold on their wonderful presentation you will be disappointed!

I am very grateful for the memory care team at Mangrove Bay. They have taken great care of my mom who has advanced cognitive needs. The unit is like a family. The team has had years of experience with little turnover. I have always received quick response whenever I needed the Director, nurse or aide. They have taken loving care of my mom.

My mother was a resident at Mangrove Bay until this past July. Shortly following her passing her apartment was robbed, despite management insisting that 'nobody would enter her unit'. My sister and I were adamant about leaving her apartment untouched and made that clear to staff. Upon investigating the theft it became clear that her apartment was entered multiple times without our being notified, once to 'take in plants from the patio', another time to 'retrieve her emergency beeper', neither of which were priorities. Furthermore it became clear that not only did some 12 managers have the 'master' key but cleaning staff had access to it during working hours. The company has not cooperated fully with our family to find the culpable party from within their organization. This violation of privacy, of trust and the disrespect is impossible to comprehend, the loss of family heirlooms is unforgivable.
