List of Mark Agrama's Reviews
Dr. Agrama never called me about hearing test he requested. I called to ask about results - he never got back to me. I was placed on course of prednisone and had reaction. Called office several times to get doctors input - never received a call back for 3 days and then only from assistant. Not caring or professional. Horrible experience.
I went to see Dr. Mark Agrama for a bad ear infection. I completed paperwork online and arrived 15 minutes early. I was greeted nicely at the receptionist desk. I waited ten minutes in lobby before being called to have my blood pressure taken. Everything was fine until my blood pressure was completed and I was left to sit in a room by myself for almost an hour. The doctor never came in nor did anyone come in to let me know any status of my wait. However, I could hear Dr. Agrama outside my screening room speaking with the employees and the conversation was about the weekend and nothing to do with work. This conversation went on for about 15 minutes and I finally got up to leave. The doctor asked me where I was headed and I said I was leaving because I was being ignored, The doctor, very sarcastically, said I can see you now. The doctor said it sarcastically so I just left. He did not even apologize. My ears hurt so I went to another doctor who cared.
Very rude and ignored me. Never came into the screening room after my blood pressure was taken. I waited one hour and left. I could hear him outside the screening room chatting about nothing with his employees for 15 minutes (of the 60 or so) while I waited for him to see my ears that were inflamed with pain. Did not care when I walked out. Never apologized for ignoring me. Very disrespectful.
I found Dr. Mark Agrama to be arrogant and lacking compassion. When I asked the reason why he recommended a specific antihistamine over other antihistamines he said that was the antihistamine he preferred and gave no other explanation. He began a sentence with "Not to dismiss your concerns ..." and then went on to dismiss my concerns. While most of his support staff is kind and competent there is one woman working in the financial department who is quite rude and unprofessional. All in all it was an unpleasant visit that left me feeling unheard and upset.
I have seen Dr Agrama on several occasions. He did a scope of my larynx which was totally painless and not uncomfortable at all. He also oversees my sleep apnea. He is kind, gentle and thorough.
Was referred to Dr. A. by PBGMC and also my cardiologist office. I had just been released from the hospital 4 days before being diagnosed with VERTIGO. His PA came in the room and in less than 5 minutes told me I DID NOT have VERTIGO . The med that I was given in the hospital 3 times a day would make me dizzy and I would fall. What I really had was dehydration. When Dr. A. came in ....... he said the same thing!!! I had been in the hospital the year before and they both said I had the same problem then!! Needless to say I will NOT be going back to Dr. Ulloa for another misdiagnosis !! Of course I will continue as a patient of Dr Agrama.
Dr Agrama is one of the most thorough specialists that I have ever seen. Highly recommend him.
My experience with Dr. Agrama speaks for itself. I saw him to investigate the inspire device for my severe sleep apnea. He told me I wasn't a candidate for that, but I should have my deviated septum. He also told me he could "change my life" by adjusting the software of my CPAP if I got him access to the software. I did the following day. Since then he has never returned any of my follow-up calls to see if he actually did anything. I'm still hopeful as its only been 2 months. Turns out he didn't do anything except send me a bill for $7.
Went to see Dr. Agrama with my husband. Very disappointed. The doctor proved to be arrogant and unhelpful. The staff appeared unprofessional, (some were actually rude!), uncaring, and negligent. The examination room we were in was cluttered, messy, and totally uninviting. The visits to Dr. Agrama proved worthless. We sought and received help elsewhere!
Finally found a great ENT. Great communicator and bedside manor. Also a great clinical doctor. You will not be disappointed with him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
