Naveen Reddy's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunate that the complaint I had and had an agreed upon ct scan initially, I had to call his office for my results, which explained my symptoms. But he never called......that to me is malpractice....

I went to the Jupiter Office. Loved my initial visit with Isabella! Dr Reddy performed my colonoscopy. Zero personality. He literally spoke two sentences to be before the procedure. Basically, stating he would be performing the colonoscopy and did I have any questions. Stated the same thing twice but did ask if I had any questions. I never saw or spoke with Dr. Reddy after the procedure. Isabella called with the results of the procedure. I was charged a $35 "co pay" prior to my initial appointment. I received the EOB, which stated I did not owe anything. I have contacted Palm Beach GI over 5 times regarding the incorrect charge, asking for a refund. Getting the run around. "Wanda" is no longer answering or responding to messages left. I will NEVER use Palm Beach GI again! I am now disputing the charge with my Visa card company. DO NOT give them any $$ unless you are sure you owe it. They are quick to take money, but slow to refund money!! Isabella, you should consider working for another GI doctor!

I saw Dr. Reddy in the hospital with terrible stomach pains. After a CT scan with contrast in a top rated hospital, I was told I had cancer and to get my affairs in order. Dr. Reddy after examining me for less than 10 minutes told me it was impossible, my scan was over read. He treated me appropriately and I'm all better. Would recommend highly.

I love Dr. Reddy and his office staff. Everyone is so nice there. I was severely ill in November and December. I was unable to get an appointment at Cleveland Clinic for several months. I'm pretty sure I would have been dead by then. Dr Reddy was recommended by an emergency doctor at Jupiter Medical Center. Dr. Reddy was able to see me within a matter of days and was able to perform the needed tests within a week and a half. Dr. Reddy is extremely skilled and works hard to find a diagnosis. He is kind and listens to your concerns. His staff is amazing and it's so nice to call the office and speak to someone immediately. I highly recommend this office.

Their office staff never called me to tell me that my procedure was cancelled at the last minute. It was cancelled because they provided the wrong information to my health insurance company. They refused to correct it. They refused to provide me with my medical records, which is illegal. I ended up in the hospital last night for the very issue they were supposed to help me with. The office staff is extremely pleasant, but they will put your life at risk with their laziness and refusal to do anything helpful. Stay away!

Dr Reddy and his staff were great. They helped me with my mother and getting her in for an appointment. He and his staff seemed very caring and knowledgeable. It was nice to be able to see a doctor.

Dr Reddy is the best Gi in Jupiter and Palm Beach County. He is very nice, caring, understanding and explained everything of my visit thoroughly. His office staff are the most professional and friendly staffed. My Primary care had refer me for a screening procedure due to my health age and let's just say I was impressed by the staff and Doctor because everything was explained to me detail by detail. I give Dr Reddy 10 stars. I am recommending Dr Naveen Reddy at Palm Beach GI for your Gastrointestinal needs. He is the best, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Dr Reddy and Staff for caring.

Having a Brother who is a Physician I know excellent care when I receive it. Dr. Reddy provided me with 5 Star care.

Dr Reddy is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor.... all humans make mistakes ... what may be good for most may not be good for all..not all medicine is an exact science...he tries very hard but he isn't superman... keep smiling doctor, you're doing great!!!... ty!
