Dr. Emilio Garcia is one of the best Cardiolgist I ever met. Lot of bad reviews for the office support team, but I dont have to deal with them regularly. The management team will need to improve that.

Initially great care and surgery. Now if your lucky enough to get someone on the phone they’re rude, blaming and unhelpful. I actually had the person on the phone mock me for not having a direct fax number to the records department. I only had a fax # for the Dr because it’s on his business card. 3 times my primary dr has requested my records and still hasn’t received them. Time to find new cardio, etc.

They make you wear mask with no excuse.

While clearly some great physicians the phone system is terrible. You are placed on hold sometimes for.over 20 minutes. If you leave an emergent message for a PA after a hospital release at times it takes over a full day for a response. You actually can't even reach any physican via their phone system. Worst administrative practice I have ever experienced.

After a great start with Dr. Villa, things went south as soon as they found out that the hospital where my mother was going to have a surgery with Dr. Villa didn't accept her insurance, I requested and called several times for some guidance and help, I'm in the hospital with my mother now trying to get her the TAVER surgery and they won't even recommend it anymore. Extremely disappointing, on top of that Susan cuccinota hung up on my face when I was desperate for some help.

My Doctor is GREAT, but ..... His support services (business end of the practice) is not the best. When you call in for a Rx refill you can't get to a human. It usually takes 2 weeks from call in Rx to the mail order delivery to my home. And further, you can't go into the office to get a hand written script to mail it in yourself. I'm stuck. I've too many years invested in this practice to leave.

Don't care about your health all they worry about is the money you owe them I am having chest pains I call the office to talk to the doctor I was told I couldn't talk to the doctor unless I pay up my bill frist had to find a new doctor right away dont go to to mount sinai heart they will kill you

EXCELLENT! These Dr's, Sagar and Villa have gone way above and beyond with me...I drive almost 2 hours to them, and there's a reason. I was frustrated with my cardiac care needs, and was referred my another Dr friend of mine...I'm so glad he did, as they discovered an issue my original cardiologist overlooked. I'm healthier now, and feeling awesome. Thank you all so much for caring about my health when others overlooked important issues! HIGHLY recommend!

Hi I figured I would write a quick update about the management and how they handle customer service. The office has been charging me for services after I left the office for a facial. Ashely has been nothing but amazing. The office doesn't return calls timely, pushes things to billing. Have you ever heard of getting a bill from a facial after you are there for services and they tell you your all set u have a credit. not me, that's what the review is for. they should re-look how they handle billing issues and how they actually listen to customers. just beware of the payment billing stuff there, it all started when they promoted a special for a certain amount of facials with a package. just updating so everyone can have good information about who and what place they choose for services

It is almost impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. I left messages for three days after my internist Told me to see Dr Villa. When I had a call back I was told that she would fit me in and would call back. Never called back.
