Doctor Aggarwal is a super nice, patient and knowledgeable person yet, since joining JMC, office procedures seem scheduled in a patient unfriendly manner in order to best suit practice economics.

Horrible place…..staff treats people very poorly. Had an appt for 12:30pm. Arrived 10 min early only to be told I was 20 min late. Informed them that I confirmed by phone call previous day and she insisted that I reschedule. Asked to speak to someone in charge only for her to repeat same thing. Told her I will not be back. I will go somewhere else. Not the only cardiologist in town. Every time you go in this office, the staff is very disrespectful…..DONE!

Excellent consultation with Dr. Aggarwal—we felt like we were the only patients he needed to see all day—very relaxed and answered all our questions. Gave us a list of supplemental reading he thought would be informative to us. It took almost 6 months to see him for the initial consult, though.

Doctor Aggarwal is a caring professional. He takes his time speaking with you and never seems to hurry through my visit...EVER! Sara is wonderful as well and has the same demeanor!

Very disappointed with the last visit. I had to insist on having an echo done due to having myotonic dystrophy that affects the heart muscles. He did order the echo but no one ever contact me regarding the results. My wife had called several times and still no one returned her calls. Finally on Friday February 18, 2023 Alex called me to tell me I needed to start 2 different medications so that I would not go into heart failure. He said he was calling them into the pharmacy which in fact he never did. My wife called back to speak to Alex 5 minutes later and was told he was not available and he would call her back . So I called again and was told Alex had left for the day. My wife called and left 2 messages for the office manager who also never called her back. I want to know why no one ever called me with my echo results. If my wife had not been persistent with us calling the office I guess we would of never got the results.

I can't say enough about this profoundly knowledgeable and caring Dr. I had a difficult case of A-Fib, and was allergic to the heart medications most often used. I was thoroughly evaluated in his facility and he recommended ablation, to be performed by a close colleague . The first was unsuccessful so he ordered a second. I have been A-Fib clean for 2 yrs. now, thanks to Dr.Aggarwal's competence and collaboration with his very talented electrophysiologist, Dr.Klein. He treats you like you are a close friend in need! Thank you for giving me a my quality of life back again, and without drugs! Recommended without reservation.... Nicholas Barbushack M.A.
