Rahul Aggarwal's Online Review Report Card

Dr Aggarwal is great, admin staff , not so much. After waiting for months for my appoint, I arrived 6 minutes late because I went to the old location … my mistake. There was no receptionist for quite some time to check me in so I waited patiently until someone came out and checked me in . I continued to wait until the receptionist told me I was late. I can wait longer if I wanted and they would try to “squeeze “ me in but no guarantees. When I asked what time she had me checked in she told me 11 minutes after I actually arrived. Now, no open appointments, they’ll call me if someone cancels. PS , I waited on them for 40 minutes at my last appointment, then didn’t see the Dr. I was met by the PA.

Excellent doctor! I have several stents. My old cardiologist told me if they blocked up again nothing could be done, which prompted me to get a second opinion. I went to Dr. Aggarwal and found out he disagrees with that. He said he has the expertise to reopen blocked stents. I switched to Dr. Aggarwal. He is a very nice person too. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Aggarwal is superb, thus the five stars. If I had to rate the way his office is run, I'd give it ONE STAR (or zero). The online scheduling portal couldn't find an appointment. I guess that's because he didn't have an opening FOR EIGHT MONTHS!!!!! Speaking with the woman on the phone was like dealing with a clerk at the Motor Vehicle Bureau or the Tax Collector's Office. She seemed "put off" that I was calling. I've run my own medical practice for 35 years, and I would not have tolerated my staff interacting with patients in such a manner! Dr. Aggarwal is EXCELLENT...but like many physicians these days has succumbed to the control of large corporations, like Tenant (in this case). The scheduler tried to encourage me to see a nurse practitioner. They hire these individuals at a lower wage and attempt to increase patient volume. Americans have been lead down the path of accepting a lower standard of care (at the same price). Sadly, that is the case here. Dr. Aggarwal is too good for Tenant.

Great Doctor! Nice Man!

Great Doctor! Very well read and up to date in his research knowledge of the changing world of Cardiology. Super bed side manner and very patient and communicative. Office setup is less superb. They close for an hour and a half for lunch each day and the message says "Call between office hours which are 12.30pm to 2.00pm". However, they never turn the phone s back on at two and I just spent 2 hours calling to be called back and told "well there are no providers in the office at present (4.05pm) we did not have the phones on because of that"! A message on the answering service would have saved 2 hours of time and angst, the nurse who called eventually had no sympathy for my worry and wasted time. Don't get sick on a Friday afternoon!

I have been going to Dr. Aggarwal since he joined the group. I could not be more pleased with his office and bedside manner. I never wrote a review before and I apologize for that as he is wonderful. He makes you feel special and as though you were only patient for the day. Never rushes or gives closed answers and asks closed questions. I just wish I could find an internist with the same interest . I would give him 10 stars if it was possible!!

Good and priced right fruits and veggies,but watch the Strawberries,They sometimes are ripeAnd go bad quickly !!

Dr. Aggarwal was great!! His staff was excellent, proficient and very nice. I highly recommend him!

If you do not need a doctor Dr Aggerrwal is the best. If you do need a doctor right away or within six months do not use Dr Agerrwal.. He is far to busy even for emergency patience. i would never have believed this until I was truly scared over irregular heart beats & high blood pressure.

First time we saw this doctor and it was a very pleasant experienceHe took all the time with us and went over every detail with us.His staff was very thorough. Met Daniel and Karen . They did the pre visit tests and then we met the dr. At the end of the visit we met Tara who was very professional. All in all Dr. Aggerwal is a very compassionate man and we felt comfortable with him. See you in February 2020Al and Jeannette Jannotta
