When my motherinlaw attempted to make her initial appointment the nurse was rude and unprofessional. So I needed to step in. I don’t think the nurse realized my motherinlaw had a younger person to advocate for her. This is the kind of medical office that seniors need patient advocates if they are going to use their services. After I was introduced, the nurse attempted to pull together her professional side. She suddenly developed an overly polite tone and my motherinlaw became a “sweety.” However, the attitude of this practice kept shining through the facade. They weren't patient with my mother-in-law for the several weeks we tried to work with them. My motherinlaw was mistreated. This practice needs extra training on how to serve the elderly population.

My primary Dr. told me to call Dr. Reshma M. Khan to make appointment. I went on their website( contact us), I enter my contact info, waited few weeks, no one contact me. So I called and left VM, after 2 days, someone receptionist call me back very rude we don't take new patients. Hope you put note on your website not to take new patients, don't waste patient's time. I'd never visit this Dr.'s office, bad taste.

Everybody in this office is friendly and genuine. From the front office staff to Dr. Khan herself. It’s rare when I give a business five stars. These people are amazing and are in this for the right reasons which is to help their patients feel better. Thank you thank you thank you!

Office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr.Reshma was kind, friendly.and knowledgeable. She discussed with me what she wanted to do and asked my opinion. We agree on a plan of action for my personal issue. Highly recommend Dr. Khan
