Terrible. Refused to provide a normal cleaning and instead claimed I needed a $170 “deep” cleaning. Also tried to sell me an aesthetic injection to reduce calcification. It’s clear that when these locations got purchased in a corporate roll-up by their private equity owner that the mandate is to overcharge and overbill at every opportunity. Very disappointing. Try and find a truly local dental operation that isn’t owned by a giant faceless corporation.

this place is a scam . the lady at the desk told me my insurance was a dental plan then charge me $700 for a cleaning . when i called my insurance they said i have 2 cleaning a year . she proceeded to claims that she entered the wrong number n never gave me refund. i will report to BBB bureau.

Dentist was very nice, diagnosed me quickly but there is a major lag... it's been over a month and still no appointment available to fix my tooth or an estimate. I guess I have to keep looking.... seems like a waste to get the insurance if they can't schedule you.
