My concerns were completely ignored and I was back in the waiting room in less than 5 minutes. I was told “everything looked fine” after explaining the pain and issues I’ve been having for 10+ years and not offered any solutions or recommendations for further testing, ultrasound, etc
Great doctor. Listens to the patient and uses common sense. The only problem is using the app to communicate. I have been trying to get a prescription a mammogram for 2-months. Whenever I call I get the service and no one ever calls back. L
worst doctor ever! you will NEVER talk to her again. never called to explain my condition. she ordered antibiotic. i only knew because CVS text i had medicine "ready" for pickup. 4 calls later no call from doctor just promises from staff that she would. Unethical unprofessional doctor ever.
I honestly have never felt so cared for by a doctor. I started seeing Dr. Diaz for my annuals and then regularly after becoming pregnant with my daughter. She is always professional, but adds in a personal care that feels warmer than any other physician I have been to. Dr. Diaz was cautious in situations which I appreciated that all concerns were never dismissed. She took the time to talk to me via the phone with any questions I have outside of any appointments. She also was so present at my birth. I couldn’t never ask more if a doctor during delivery. I recommend Dr. Diaz to all my family and friends without hesitation.
Front desk staff was very sweet and kind. I haven't been in long time for an annual, so I was nervous. Dr. Diaz and her student were so caring and non judgmental. I practice holistic health as well, and she was very responsive to me. Dr. Diaz was very gentile I barely knew it was happening! I will definitely recommend seeing her to anyone! Great experience overall. Integrative health is where it's at and she is your girl to help you along the way!
Recently received post opp care from Dr Diaz following my c-section delivery at Jupiter Med. she was the on call dr who performed the post op follow up. Very disappointed overall in my experience and interaction with her. Barely spent 30 seconds in my room and came in it seem to communicate to me that I would be discharged day 2 following my c section. It was my understanding that a c section required a 3 day hospital recovery stay. My husband and I did not inquire about nor give any indication that we wanted to be discharged early as it was important to us that our newborn and I had adequate time to recover and receive proper care. She even suggested that there was a possibility that we could be discharged after 1 day! I told her to check back with me the next day to see how I was feeling and we’d go from there but from our initial conversation it set off the alarm to begin the discharge process. I was overwhelmed the next day by the barrage of people coming into my room to complete the discharge protocol. Information was being tossed at us so quickly that we couldn’t process it all and felt like we were being kicked out of the hospital prematurely because it was a holiday weekend and the nurses and dr was trying to lighted the load. I went home in severe pain in my abdomen that I was feeling, being engorged and the staples that were used to close my Incision. I was in no shape to be discharged early but felt like I was mislead and misguided about my options by Dr Diaz and some of the staff at Jupiter Med. My recovery hasn’t been pleasant and sadly neither was my overall experience. My OB is Dr Heroux but with her being out on leave I worked with others on her team. Not the care I expected and left us feeling overwhelmed and neglected.
Doctor Diaz is incredibly nice and very gentle. Best experience I ever had.
At this point I would give them (- 5) stars if this was a possibility. It is not the Doctor herself because my girlfriend is telling me that she is really sweet and carrying but the Institute for Women's Health and Body - Jupiter 4495 Military Trl Ste 101 Jupiter, FL 33458 is the worst office a mother to be could choose as their provider. Not sure if the problem is between the office and their answering service but the messages left over days with the answering service do not draw the attention of the medical personnel or the doctors of that office. It can not be that thru my girlfriends pregnancy she has called twice during working hours on Friday July 16 and 2 times on Monday July 18 2021 and yet hasn't received a call back. This was not the first or second or fourth time this has happened. Over the course of her pregnancy even do she was told that she is a high risk pregnancy we have not been able to reach this Doctor or this office once without issues. AVOID THIS OFFICE
This was the first time that I have ever been to a female Gynecologist, and it was a great experience, Dr. Diaz, was very informative and because of her knowledge and explanation of her care before and after my visit, I felt very confident with her. Thank you Doctor, you are the best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
