I previously left a not so good review , But this morning Dr, Sawh called my husband in response to the review we left. I have to tell you that a call from the doctor to talk about what went wrong is very impressive . They had a conversation about the experience he had and a remedy has put in place. We never had a problem with the skills of the doctor, and were a little upset we had to leave the practice, but after the phone call this morning we are going back and try again. Part of the problem was communication with his office and never a response , which according to the Dr. has been improved .

Amazing Doctor ,Amazing surgeon, amazing team .Dr. Sean Sawh is not only an eminent, highly experienced surgeon whose record speaks for itself; from our very first meeting it was clear that he also genuinely cares about his patients .This, coupled with his calm and confidence, gave me immediate trust that I’d be well looked after which has definitely been the case. The team around him too are all amazing and I’m incredibly grateful to them all for the outstanding care I received both during and following my surgery. I think the other telling thing is that every single person also speaks so highly of Dr Sean Sawh as a great surgeon but also as a great person who really puts his patients first. I think this speaks volumes. Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that you are! He is a really good physician. He takes his time to explain and correlate symptoms and possible alternatives. I’ve had challenges from his back office as well, but you can overcome these challenges by texting their office and they’re very good about getting back. He’s a good physician so they have a lot of patients calling, so it’s natural to expect some challenges for the back office. Maybe they have a higher than average patient load. Shashi

I’ve had two visits with him and found him to be patient and knowledgeable. He cares about his patients issues in the past. I’ve had issues with the back office, but he’s a very good physician so they may have more than average load, but they have a texting service, which is extremely prompt.
