Great experience.. super friendly stuff.. great doctor with a lot of experience
Just poor staff attitude The doctor really did not seem interested in helping me
If I could give any lower I would. Never answers phone, takes a month for someone to get back to you and no bedside manners. Office staff very rude. Awful terrible experience
Dr. Nunez was incredibly thoughtful and insightful in providing care. I’d recommend her to any friend in need of care.
I wonder if this doctor knows that her receptionist admittedly has no idea and has never heard of a TBI. If this has any indication of the knowledge of the doctor then they just lost my business. What type of neurology office hires a receptionist who knows nothing? When I told the receptionist the reason for my visit she condescendingly said that’s why you’re coming in. The reason for my visit is clearly a neurological reason. And this rude receptionist has no place talking to patients like that. I won’t even give the doctor a chance.
Does this Doctor know that her receptionist admittedly “has no idea and has never heard of a TBI.” What kind of neurologist is this. Well I had to teach the receptionist a thing or two. They lost my business.
This was the worst experience I have had with a doctor. When I called one month ago to make an appointment for MS, the receptionist at the front verified that UnitedHealth Care (UHC) was accepted at the office. I contacted my previous neurologist to make sure my records were sent over to Dr. NuneZ office. I called her office twice to confirm they had received the records. No one returned my calls. One day before my appointment the office receptionist called to confirm that I was still coming and that my insurance was not accepted and I would have to pay $198 out of pocket. When I arrived the next day I was informed that Nunez office does not except UNC. I would have to pay out-of-pocket close to $200 for the visit. I explained that UHC provides a GAP exception for physicians that are out of network since there are no neurologist that accept UHC within 30 mile radius. They office manager refused to entertain that idea because the corporate office did not allow exceptions. Needless to say I’ve been suffering with leg pain beyond the one month that I waited to get this appointment and to get to the appointment and it be canceled for me was devastating. No I would not recommend this office for anyone to make an appointment. Don’t know how the doctor works because I did not get a chance to see her, however my disappointment came with her staff because they never returned any of my calls. That is probably an indication that it’s just not a good office to go to
Disrespectful, and rude. Treated me at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital and talked down to me about my ptsd.i suffer from seizure for almost 30 yrs. I actually left the hospital. She lied to the administration and they believed her, though I had a full staff to proff otherwise.
Good luck reaching them!
Horrified with the service. Every time I call I go to voicemail and it is days before I get a return call. I dropped my CD/MRI off and the day before my appointment I get a call that they don't have the CD. I call twice leaving voicemails saying I dropped it off and the call is returned saying they don't have it - they eventually found it. My tele/virtual appointment was today at 10:45 am - I was told yesterday I would be called and sent a link. Neither happened - I called 4 times and left 2 messages! At 11:23 I am called back saying I need to wait another 20-30 minutes if I want to keep my appointment as this is my fault as they called me and I don't answer may phone (literally said that to me). I have been at my desk since 10 am and checked missed calls - NOTHING from their office! Absolutely awful service and zero professionalism!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
